Puerta De Aduares is the perfect location for a romantic and relaxing short break! Everything we needed and wanted was within walking distance, with no need for a car. Close to all transport links. We woke up the first morning immersed in the beauty of the old town, and felt like locals staying in this lovely loft apartment. The property is gorgeous and spotless. Lovely comfy bed. Cosy bathroom, with wonderful waterfall shower. Beautiful views from the terrace across the terracotta roof tops. We were left alone completely to enjoy our short break, but management was available when we needed and we were very well looked after. Frank at reception was very helpful and welcoming. We arrived late and an airport transfer and a late check in was arranged for us, which was wonderful. We had absolutely no worries. A truly perfect stay in this beautiful place. We last visited 9 years ago, and were delighted to find it just as lovely as it was then.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for us, but may be a little basic or cosy for some. It has a simple, romantic, bohemian kind of charm. It is spotless and lovely. It’s good to note that, as it is on the very top floor, the stairs are a little steep, if anyone has any mobility issues. There is no kitchen as such, but we had no intention of cooking as we were only here for 5 nights. The generous fridge was very handy for drinks and snacks and great for what we needed. The location in the heart of old town and the rooftop terrace is what this apartment is all about!

Great location in the old city of Marbella. The room we had had an unusual layout on three levels giving separate living room, bedroom and roof terrace. The roof terrace is a fantastic facility.

I was looking for a property with parking and the Booking.com app highlighted this property as having parking. It does not have parking there is public parking very close by but I do not recommend driving to the front of this hotel. There is a good chance you’ll get your car stuck in a very narrow street/alley! Also, this is not really a hotel, more like an Airbnb which has a reception desk man between breakfast time and 8 pm. This would not really work for a very late arrival

The owners are incredibly kind, genuine, and very welcoming. It's a family-run business, and they helped us a lot by recommending many delicious places in the city. Although they mentioned they are not available from 2 to 4, they went out of their way to accommodate me when I arrived at 2. They met me at the parking slot, showing their genuine hospitality. The hotel has a super cute and authentic vibe—I highly recommend it!

One thing I noticed was that when we came to sleep, there was hair still on the bed sheets. I'm not saying it wasn't cleaned, but perhaps it got stuck to the sheet. This is just a note for them to pay a bit more attention. Everything else was very clean.

The location is the best. Right in the old town of Marbella. We booked penthouse which was absolutely lovely with a large balcony. A/C in both living room and bedroom helped to deal with the hit weather. There was a little kitchen. No washing machine in case you wonder.

It’s not property’s fault but the bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever stayed in. Beds although hard were still doable but pillow’s definitely needs an upgrade. Two nights I couldn’t rest when finally changed to decorative cushions that were slightly softer. And probably it is good to know that next to the property there is a bar/pub so it will loud and noisy till at least midnight or in our case 1-2am. Rest wise it wasn’t the best.

The apartment was beautiful with gorgeous floor tiling both inside and on the amazing terrace. We loved spending the evening relaxing on the terrace with a glass of wine after a busy day of sightseeing. So much to see in the Old Town, lots of choices for restaurants and of course all the shops to explore. We can't wait to make a return visit.

I think the shower could be upgraded but honestly that didn't spoil our stay. The bathroom was very well maintained and spotless.

The apartment has a classical style with high ceilings. It has a lovely bathroom with a rain shower. The kitchen has two sinks wich is handy. And a nice closet in the sleeping room to store all your luggage. The apartment is generally quite spacious!

Puerta De Aduares has clean and comfortable apartments that are conveniently located in the beautiful walking district of the city. Parking was also easy, and very close by. The apartment was well appointed and made us feel right at home. Communications with the managers was easy, and we had no problems finding the site or our key. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

The apartment was beautiful with everything you needed. Lovely quirky features and with all the facilities you need. We stayed in a suite with terrace. So spacious. It was in a lovely traditional building on a gorgeous little street right in the old town. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful. Even before we arrived Frank was great, organising our taxi transfer from the airport and answering any questions we had. Tatiana greeted us on arrival and gave us lots of useful information about the area. We also met their lovely mother during our stay. The fact that it is family run gives a lovely personal touch. Everything is close by. Lovely restaurants and shops around every corner and the beach is only a short stroll away. We would definately stay there again when we are back in Marbella.

Wet smell on the ground floor, small bed, aircon working but flaps not which together with the noise makes it useless during nights as it points directly at the bed, terrace has no view of anything just other terraces around, no sockets close to the bed to have your phone near
