The receptionist was incredibly nice. Everyone was so responsive to our needs and they went way beyond our expectations on how good they are prepared for parents travelling with babies. They had bottle warmers, shower seats, games and much more already prepared in the rooms.

Room was near clean and hygienic small but cute and comfortable for a couple .Location of the hotel is very good near by is Carrefour and metro station for tourists to plan the day . All in all was quite good stay there.

There was by default no complimentary water , probably not common in Europe but water is a basic need for anyone anytime , a very small bottle of water with 3 times price was placed in fridge but wasn't happy about it . Cleaning service though was not perfect could have been a bit more better .

Our room was much larger than others we had experienced in Paris. It was absolutely spotless and had been recently renovated, judging by the bathroom fixtures. The beds were comfortable and the street was quiet. The breakfast was good and offered a wide array of choices.

We visited in August and, while the hotel does have air conditioning, it was very weak. We were on the top floor so felt comfortable opening our windows while we slept. However, had we been on a lower floor and felt we needed to close the windows at night, we would have been uncomfortable. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and enjoyed a couple of very good restaurants close by. The neighborhood is, however, quite far from the center of Paris.

Overall the hotel is great if you need a place for just a night and manage to get a good deal online: - Bedroom was better than expected, very spacious and airy. Bathroom was simple and clean - Metro station just a few minutes away - lots of bakeries, cheap takeaways et organic supermarkets around

- Found some biscuits and crumbs under the sofa from previous visitors - Although they give you instructions on how to increase and decrease the A/C, the staff confirmed you can’t control the temperature of the AC. It’s set at 24.5 degrees…which is pretty warm for a hot summer day. Lady at reception was a bit sarcastic about it and said I should just use the fan that was in the wardrobe. - elevator is a bit dodgy, it stopped working for a little on the day I checked in.

The receptionist was so lovely and really truly made our stay exceptional! Location was lovely and close to the metro so very easy to get to the centre!

I popped my jacket on the chair in the hotel and got dust on it but when I reported it to the receptionist, she was able to get it cleaned for me and had the cleaners go up and double check the room was cleaned.

Very helpful and friendly staff, spoke good English and made check in and check out easy. The rooms were very comfortable and luxurious with a kettle and mini bar. Washing and showering facilities were good with nice large towels for getting dry. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The Natural History Museum was about half an hour's walk and other famous sites were also within walking distance. The Metro was also nearby so easy to get around the rest of the city. An enjoyable stay.

Very well postioned i very quiet neighbourghood. Very easily to access by 2 metro lines. Close there are super markets and bakeries so veru comfortable to stay. I repeat the room was very quiet so after all day running all over Paris as tourist this is excelent and peacefull. The bed was amazing, for the first time I slept so good on the 1st night (usually I need 1-2 nghts to get use to the bed), this was amazing.

friendly staff and good breakfast. spaces dedicated to children. excellent position.

the room is cleaned in the afternoon so once it happened that we had to come back early with the little girl and the room wasn't ready yet. despite this the staff was available to immediately change the towels.

Spacious room nicely decorated and super comfortable, and a spotless bathroom with separate toilet. Enjoyed the luxury extras like bath salts, bath robes and slippers after a day of walking around the sights. While the location is quiet and residential, there are cafes and shops in the area. The bus stop is around the corner and the metro a five minute walk away, providing easy access to Paris attractions. Pleasant staff who all spoke English.

Quite a convoluted way to get to our room (climb two flights of stairs, find the lift, take it for three floors, then climb more stairs). The upside of that was we were on a floor of our own with easy access to the rooftop terrace.

We liked everything about the room, it was spacious.

The bathroom could be a bit bigger; i could barely move my arms in the shower
