We had a great stay at this hotel in Košice! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around easy. There’s a McDonald’s nearby for a quick bite, and many of the city’s top attractions are within walking distance, including Jacab palace. Aupark mall with Starbucks cafe is also near the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for convenience and comfort during your stay in Košice. Highly recommended!

The room was superb as I had been upgraded to a bigger room, which also had a balcony. Location, less than 10 minutes walk from Kosice station, and probably about the same from the main street Hlavna, and the Cathedral. It was probably around an hour to walk to the football staium, which I chose to do, but got a bus back to the station. I was shown a kitchen which could be used to make coffee, or probably anything. Breakfast was ok.

Nothing really, except I appear to have been charged as a no show, which shouldn't have happened as I did explain on arrival that I had originally booked for one night, but added an extra night when the football fixtures showed I could stay in Kosice a second night. Hopefully I'll be refunded soon.

I’ve stayed at the hotel many times. It’s comfortable and very clean. The beds in particular are exceptional. However, the staff as a general rule are absent in the morning, up until checkout time. Ringing the bell, calling, and going to reception are all useless, which has provided problems many times. I still recommend staying here, just make sure to get all things sorted in the evening.

The room is very cozy, the bed is comfortable and I had a great rest after a long road. The 24-hour reception is very useful, especially when you need to leave early. Tea, kettle, and all the small accessories you may need are available in the room.

There wouldn't be any minuses, but, unfortunately, there were some ants in the bathroom. Not critical but not very comfy.

Perfect location - 3 minutes from the main station, walking distance to the city center, shopping center around the corner. Room was very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.

The hotel sign at the front door is rather small, hard to notice, unless you know exactly where the hotel is. I had a room facing the street, it was impossible to open the windows because of noise. Room is equipped with AC, so the temperature was not a problem, rather a fresh air was missing a bit.

As I have arrived very late it was difficult to find as the hotel signage is not big enough and visible outside. Otherwise, everything was fine. There are some stairs to get to the reception/rooms but it was no problem for me. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Very close to the railway station.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean considering this was one of cheaper accomodation options. Have not used parking lot but it was behind the building and was spacious considering the location. A/C was a great plus.

Maybe nets on windows to avoid insect would be great 😊

This is a very good value place to stay in Kosice. On the edge of the old town, but only 5mins from main railway station. Unassuming from the outside it's clean and comfortable inside. Kettle in room, good shower. Good choice of food at breakfast. Young staff who run the place are very friendly. Good value for money.

Could do with a lift for us oldies to get luggage up and down!

Handy location to the railway station and a few minutes to the main attractions in the Old Town. Room is a reasonable size. Double glazed windows provide excellent noise insulation - not that the street is particularly noisy. Staff helpful. Good shower facility. Reception is one floor up, where there is one lot of rooms, rest are up another flight of stairs.

As per many places, limited places in the bathroom for toilet bag. WiFi was virtually nonexistent on floor above reception at end of corridor furthest from reception.

Very clean and new, good breakfast, big balcony, close to bus station - 5 minuteswalk, close to McDonald's, supermarket Billa, soft comfy bed.

It's hard to say. Everything was perfect. But if you want to be in a very historical centre you can choose something else but it will not be so close to bus station.
