The front desk Tiffany was very nice.

What I didn’t like was that Booking.com showed a picture with two separate bedrooms yet, we were given a room with one bedroom only. I should have booked it directly with the hotel. I will not recommending using Booking.com and will not use them again for false advertisement and for charging me more for a room which they did not have me booked on.

Breakfast was good with nice variety. Nice environment and excellent staff. Very good value for the price. Will stay there again. It was fun watching the planes take off and land. Airport restaurant is a must.

The only negative was there was a problem providing any hot items for breakfast the last two days of seven we stayed there.

it’s so comfortable, everyone is so friendly. We loved it and will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The only complaint was that the pool’s heater was broken and the water was freezing. But that didn’t dampen our stay

We've stayed in 2 different rooms the different times we were there, 1 room the bathroom could use some caulking and the spigget wasn't tight against the wall which I understand with the lack of help with covid. The only other bit of an issue I had was the breakfast lady everyday telling us the same thing, go in this side and out the other side only one person per area at a time. I understand the first Maybe second day but every time and came across talking down to others but over all the people were nice

Great location, kind staff, excellent amenities, and spacious rooms.

Everything was good. However, I had to call them to pass by my room and changed our towels, and take the trash. We never used the “do not disturb” option. Therefore, they were expected to get in and do that. The good thing is that I was calling and they were at my door right away. This is the only complaint I have, but is not major.

Staff is amazing, we liked the kitchen in the room with all necessary amenities, social drinks on Monday - Wednesday, breakfast. The bed was comfortable, great quality toiletries. For the night of 31 December we got a heated pool, clean bbq place, all the space for our company. Children were happy to swim, adults were happy to eat and drink! Thank you, Staybridge hotel, and Happy New Year!

Everything was great, location was perfect, not to many restaurants around but not to far from the hotel, room was very clean very spacious felt like a mini studio/apartment and parking was easy

The only thing I disliked was the luggage carrier it was super small compared to most hotels especially if you bring a lot of luggage/groceries considering the fact there is a mini kitchen in the room that we had

Staybridge seem to be modern and fairly clean. Our room was nice and comfortable with every other day towel service. breakfast was very good. loved Monday thru we’d social hour.

We enjoyed breakfast and they had social gatherings three days a week which was a bonus and we loved the complimentary laundry that came in handy. Loved our view my kids enjoyed watching the planes take off and landing.
