The room was clean and smelled clean the cleaning lady came by the very next morning to see if we needed and more towels or toilet. The front desk was welcoming and made check in easy and quick it was a great stay a little bit hidden

Unfortunately the do not accept cash and on my arrival date someone hacked my debit card so my bank closed it out so all I had available was cash and the hotel didn't accept cash so I had to leave to go buy drinks and snacks for my kids.

The comfortable of the beds, the cleaness, the breakfast. I asked the staff for a late checkout because my son plays baseball and we didn't know at what time the game was going to finish and they gave me a late checkout without problems. I'm satisfied with the service and with my stay in general.

I don't have complaints

Location is great, rooms are nice and overall a clean place. Tv had good channels. It’s of local activity’s around. Close to major shopping centers.

One elevator went down for the last w/o days of my stay, as it was a weekend. Took a really long time to get one. Elevators need more ventilation as they were musky. Pool was closed twice during my stay of one week. No outside benches unless your in the pool area.

The breakfast was good and offered a variety of foods to choose from. The hotel and room were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We could not find information in our room on how to work the remote control for the window blinds. There were two blinds and it was difficult to know how to operate them. For the price paid I expected a separate seating area away from the bed. The desk area was right near the bed.

Everything from the welcoming check in process, area was safe. The room was above expected. Clean and very accommodating. Products on bathroom for shower and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing lots of choices and the quality was beyond expectations. Thanks

Not a single complaint

We were impressed with the cleanliness and the variety of breakfast choices including several gluten free options.

Our safe didn’t work and the ironing board was missing. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

Good choice for breakfast, and more importantly, really helpful people working there. I can't speak highly enough of them all. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, we couldn't have been made more welcome. Would definitely return. We flew Manchester UK to Orlando, and decided that after the flight we should break our journey to port Charlotte on the gulf coast, by staying in Lakeland. Worked well for us.

Nothing to not like. We only stayed for one night, but could have stayed a lot longer.

The entire building always smelled so good! Everyone was so friendly!

Housekeeping was fantastic! Also, the breakfast was amazing.

Only 2 lounge chairs at the pool!!!! The workout room was hot and asked about turning it down(set on 73) was told it was automatically set at that temp. Also the workout room water was empty and no sanitary wipes to wipe down the machines once used.
