Location was great, but they didn’t have everything we wanted like hard-boiled eggs, orange juice one day we went down there was gone, but otherwise everything was good

I think breakfast should go on y’all 11 o’clock because of all the workers is coming in to the area to help clean up from the hurricane is in the area and so please stay in our room until later and there’s nothing that like the bag and stuff there

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My pup was with me, and the staff offered him treats every time they saw him. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. I also really liked the blackout shade on the windows.

There was no hot breakfast as advertised. All lights worked on one main switch by the door.

The room was comfortable, and the bed didn't make my back ache, which is rare. The first few nights, it was quiet, which I sorely needed. And the breakfasts were very impressive -- pancakes, cheese omelets, etc.

Out of a six day stay, housekeeping only came by twice, so towels, TP, and tissues ran low. It would help to have a light at the desk to make it usable for working. The edge of the shower floor was grimy, and despite a couple of visits from housekeeping, that didn't change. Unfortunately, a cable crew came in to stay for a month the last few nights of my stay, and they were loud, tracked dirt everywhere, and made noise till long past midnight on the nights they were there.

The staff was polite and understanding due to all of the issues.

Two main reasons why we booked our travel here were due to the descriptions of a hot breakfast being included along with the hotel hosting a pool. After a long evening of events and travel, my wife and I were excited to unwind in the pool, only to find out the pool was out of service, which was not stated on the hotel description. So, of course, this was a large letdown. Next, the following morning we left our rooms a little later in the morning having thoughts of a full hot breakfast awaiting us in the breakfast room , only then arriving to find that the breakfast bar was shut down and there wasn’t even any kind of breakfast as advertised, not even cereal and milk! The only breakfast were granola bars, fruit, and a pancake machine… this was a very large let down for us as now, we had to scramble to find some breakfast not only for Saturday, but for Sunday morning also. We paid a premium price to stay at this facility and the amenities weren’t even provided that we paid such a high price for. Furthermore, our room didn’t even have a trash bag in the trash bin, so we had to leave our wastes sitting on the counter…. Very unprofessional…. One more thing, we had WiFi issues several times, and we didn’t have to let this be known, as several other guests were complaining of the issue at the register while we were there checking in….. and then our room key decided to lock us out, and we had to get another key to let us in our room. All in all, we are not happy for the price we paid to stay here for the lack of amenities that are being offered in the description and not provided. We would come back again for sure if we could be accommodated via a refund for another stay, as we will be traveling to the area for business more often and needing a place to stay.
