Overall the place was alright. Couch was comfortable. Shower felt great. Appreciated the in room coffee maker, and the staff was very helpful.

I hated the fact that even though I paid when I made the reservation, there was NO advance notice that a credit card or cash deposit was required on top of the room price, even though by then the room fee was non refundable. If I hadn't happened to have $200 more in my account than I was notified was needed, I would've been out the room fee, and never had the room. That's completely unprofessional of your company.

The property was super clean had a great scent. It was close to my destination. The hot pool was amazing. The staff was friendly and polite. The beds were soft, high and comfortable. The room had both microwave and a small fridge I found that to be very convenient.

Property is located to easy off and on freeway access. Close to Gas & conviente store, restaurant and fast foods. Hotel includes indoor pool and gym with self serve breakfast in lobby area that is more than adequate to start the morning, offering a variety of food & drink. Staff is friendly and polite. Comfortable room and very comfy bed!

Friday staff was great. They were understanding and accommodating. There were restaurants within walking distance from the hotel and nearby gas stations.

The stains on my pillows, dresser has smudges by the drawer handle, dust on the carpet by the beds and night stand. The pool was murky.

We had a really pleasant one night stay. It’s right off the highway, and in a safe location. The front desk staff (Ariel I believe?) was so helpful and friendly. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay there again.

I booked a room for six people, hoping for a family room. However, when we arrived at the property, the rooms were not joined in the family room. However, the front desk accommodated to book the room on the same floor.

Everything was great but I did see 2 roaches, one was in the kitchen where we got our free breakfast and one was dead in the hallway while I was going back to our room. Honestly that was the only issue other than that the stay was fantastic.

The staff was super nice. The room was great they had all dove products, a comfortable bed, and free toiletries at the front if you forgot yours. The breakfast was really good and free. The fitness center was small but effective and the pool was indoor and not too cold.

Only thing I didn't like is how far from town it was. It was a 20 min drive at least to go do anything.

I absolutely loved the stay Ariel is the abs sweetest she made sure to get me a room right next to the checkin desk and reassured me that it was a safe location and also extremely helpful with booking my room. Absolute sweetest staff. And the beds!!!! OMG the best beds

I can say this has been the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. As you walk in through the front doors, you can smell how clean it is, this was my first impression! The receptionist was very sweet, kind and attentive, as were other employees I encountered throughout my stay. The room was great, no noise whatsoever! The indoor pool was a great for my kids, also very clean! They serve great breakfast from 7am -10am, variety of food and again, very attentive employees assisting if needed. Overall, I definitely recommend this place to anyone; specially traveling with children.
