Great location. Breakfast was good but should have more fresh fruits.

Homeless man came in to take breakfast a couple of times. This made the guests extremely uncomfortable and guests stopped having breakfast. The poor female staff tried to ask him to leave but in vain. Hotel should have security guards on duty like other hotels. The presence of Homeless at the hotel is a major deterrent to staying at this hotel in the future

All the staff was awesome! We had called months in advance and Adrian was super helpful in finding a local bakery for my daughter’s 16th birthday. We were able to have everything setup with the bakery so the day we needed it, the cake was ready. The hotel staff kept the cake safe in their freezer till we needed it and even allowed us to celebrate in the lobby, providing us plates, a knife, a serving knife and forks. Everything we asked about something, they attended to it right away!! Super awesome place to stay…. Thank you!!

Everything the staff did to accommodate us and make us feel welcome like we were at home.

The staff is always kind and helpful. The breakfast is yummy.

I am diabetic and the facility didn’t allow me to use their freezer to store my cold pack. The cold pack was needed to keep my insulin cold on the long drive home. I’m sure other guests have the same needs. I suggest the property invest in a freezer/fridge dedicated to storing guests medical supplies. The fridges in the room are a plus but not always cold enough. Thank you

I really like their attention to detail, like having coffee,tea, and water available all the time. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The rooms are well organized and clean. We loved the extra sofa bed. It really helps. We loved at this facility that there was no extra charge for parking!

The girl at check in could be a little more upbeat or smiley. A smile goes a long way. That’s me being picky. Oh and the pet fee is pricey. My dog is trained so he didn’t do any damage to the room and the price wasn’t posted on their site. The fee was $140 including tax for my 3 night day stay.

Excellent breakfast, a lot of choices. The hours were great too. Hate getting up real early when on vacation. Staff was wonderful, especially Henry. He was very willing to help immediately with meeting our needs. The room was good and spacious and very comfortable.

Free breakfast, had varieties. The staff was very nice. The pool was run down & the hot tub was taped off our entire stay. They did let us check out 1 day earlier without charge & we really appreciated that.

Location wasn’t great. Pretty much anywhere you want to go is 40 minutes away.

from the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted in a professional and courteous manner, was offered drinks, was asked how I was, asked about my trip, the gentleman at the desk showed genuine curiosity about my travel, and asked all relevant questions to ensure I was taken care of. the elevator was smooth and fast, the room was practically spotless, the shower was amazingly comfortable, the room was cool temperature, the west elm brand couch was extremely comfortable, the tv was modern and easy to use, the bed was comfortable, and the carpet flooring was so nice for our dog to feel cozy. we would stay here any time if we were ever in the area again.

the only thing that could have been better would be if we were granted a first floor room because we had a dog. other than that, no complaints.

It was easily accessible to freeways, eateries, shopping locations, etc.

The limited parking in front of the building concerned me one night I had to park in an area that was rather dark, and as a single traveler, I would have preferred to park in lighted parking.

Loved the spacious clean rooms. Staff were great. Breakfast fantastic. Location good.

Pool was closed, and that was one of our requirements! Were told we could have used neighbouring pool but didn't want the inconvenience! Believe it would have been courteous to inform us of pool closure before our stay.
