the staff was really nice. the room was new and well furbished . the location next to the historical city center. 1 mn from the shuttle bus to the airport and 2 mn walk from the station. I will definitely book this hotel again

Comfortable bed and very helpful staff. Nice bar and coffee and tee drawer included in price. Close to shopping area and not far for most attractions.

Central AC not great decision. Mostly the room was too warm and opening the window to get fresh air not ideal if you want to sleep a the noisy surroundings. Decor nice but the stickers on the wooden surfaces makes it look a bit cheap.

The room was light, super clean with all the facilities one can need and nice view to the N-Soul Tower. The beds are comfortable and big enough with super large quilts and two pillows. A capsule coffeemachine with coffee pods and tea bags supplemented every day. Free minibar consisted of bottled water, soda, orange juice, cola and sprite. For the breakfast, there were a plenty of possibilities including soups, stews, kibimbap and continental varieties. The pool was nice, small, just enough to calm down after a day. Towels, hair and body sampoo, body milk provided. Swim cap mandatory, also provided free of charge. The staff is nice. Laundry service provided (bit expensive). Metro and bus stop in front of the hotel. Paid early check-in possible. The photos on the website are appropriate.

There should be a wider variety of continental breakfast.

While the location of the hotel is excellent, being very close to Myeong-dong, Namdaemun Market, and Seoul Station, the fact that the garage was not free for guests was a significant shortcoming during my stay. Offering complimentary parking would make the overall experience even better.

The hotel has only been open for a few weeks when we stayed there and everything was impeccable. The location is great as it’s opposite a market and a few minutes walk from the Myeong-dong shopping district.

The family room sizes are generous with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. Everyone was delightful l, from the housekeeping ladies to the front staff, they tried their best to cater to our needs. The 24 hour convenience store is a great touch.

They were really accomodating, considering I booked at the last minute in somewhat of a panic - they helped me a lot! They also allowed me to check my bags whilst I went on a tour which was very helpful and kind.

I found it a little bit expensive - though seeing as it was the only accomodation available at short notice and they were so kind., I wasn't too worried. I think the value for money would have been fine if I'd used all the facilities to their fullest extent but I just didn't have time.

The hotel restaurant and the staff there were very nice and attentive. The Receptionist and Concierge were friendly and helpful.

Mosquito 🦟 in the room made us disappointed. I would like to have an ordinary electric water boiler for drinking water ( not to use the coffee machine. ) The coffee machine was mal-functioning in making coffee.

Beautiful hotel, kind and welcoming staff. Everything was spotless, room was comfortable. Great choice for breakfast each day and the restaurant is bright and spacious.

Only issue I had was that the room was very warm and I couldn't get the air con to come on

Location is excellent. Away from Myeongdong st. 10 mins by walking near Duty free mall. Also, unlimited water and minibar. Furthermore, GS25 is inside the hotel and a cafe and BK.

No room service. No help with luggage while checkin.
