Rembrandt Cabin and Spa is in a good location, fairly priced, and is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Instructions could be better upon arrival. To check in, you will need to hop the first floor “gate” and take the elevator to floor 4. Then, you go back down to the first floor to drop off your shoes. You wear a red wristband while inside. If you want to leave: go to reception, trade your red wristband for your shoe key. When you check out, you leave the shoe key in the lock.

The pods are very accomodating, you get a power plug, an USB port itself, nice LED lighting and very imprtant for capsule hotel direct AC into the pod. My pod was perpendicular I think it would have helped for noise isolation if someone snored. The spa has a 40°, a 44° basin, two saunas (not sure if theres a difference, the bigger one felt hotter) a 7° and a 14° basin. It was all very clean. You get a personal locker, there are 2 washing machines.

You are not supposed to keep your luggage in the room, if you can't put it in your pod. So the stuff you can't fit in your locker will stay in your suitcase in a stoarge room on the ground floor. It is video surveillance, I don't know if there has ever been theft, but it is a little cumbersome going from the top floor up and down only with one slow elevator and many people going in and out. The mattresses and the cushion is too hard for my taste vut your experience may vary. I'm quite skinny so I prefer a softer mattress.

The service is excellent and really good location very close to train station connected to main lines.

Check out every day between 10 and 12. There are no showers separated from the Spa.

Checkin was easy and straight forward, if you arrive before 15:00 you can leave your luggage in a storage room on the ground level and explore the neighborhood until you can check in. Staff was very friendly and most spoke decent english. The capsules are nice and spacious, very clean as they get cleaned daily. USB as well as a japanese plug in the capsule, as well as a small TV which comes with a remote and headphones - i didn't use it tho. Beds were comfy, Wifi connection good and fast everywhere. The onsen is on two levels accessible from the 4th (front desk) floor. After depositing your thigns in your locker you can go downstairs two the thrid level which has a traditional public bath and normal standing showers with everything you need as well as two hot baths, 40 and 44 degrees respectively. One more level down were two saunas, 95 and 110 degrees respectively as well as two cold baths, 17 and 10 degrees respectively. Both levels also have resting options on a covered balcony as well as inside at the open balcony door. The sauna level has a cold water dispenser and they provide ice for your drink as well as a cooler box to keep the drinks cool. All of the spa area is very clean, modern and overall great to use. There are also drink vending machines. Also accessible from the 4th floor was the lounge on the 5th, which has vending machines for food and drinks, a microwave and hot water for tea / cup noodles. Plugs everywhere to charge your devices, two booths for if you wanna work in private / for meetings. Decently sized manga library, washing machines.

You had to vacate the hostel between 10 and 12 which was both good for those like me who sometimes struggle to get up but also sometimes unfortunate is the weather is bad. The spa stays open during that time but u was surprised the lounge is also closed which was a bit unfortunate since you couldn't eat your Konbini-Lunch or work during that time. I would've also liked direct access from the onsen to the lounge to relax between sauna sessions.

Unbeatable location, the hotel is always full of guests but not chaotic. The actual capsule is quite comfy and spacious. Generally very clean.

Though the location is really convenient, it’s in an area with all kinds of night lives, the street could be a little rough. I love their washing machine and dryer, very efficient and technologically advanced looking, but too bad they have only two for the entire hotel. Lack of drinking water supply urge you to buy bottled water from vending machine, which is a bit inconvenient and not environmentally conscious. And somehow the Onzen is quite good but the temperature there is a bit cold.

Central location. The spa was great. Staff was friendly. Could leave the luggage before and after my stay. Free coffee and some small bread in the morning (don't expect luxury breakfast, but was still nice to get something)Very unique and interesting experience! Highly recommend it if you want to try a traditional Japanese spa experience :)

Had to leave the building between 10 and 12. It was okay for me, but could be annoying if it's storming and raining outside the whole day.

I thought the location was great. It is centrally located and the directions from the train to the location were easy to follow. The breakfast was adequate and the facilities were great and clean.

I thought everything was as expected. I wish there was one person on-staff that could communicate in English a bit more. Most of my questions were answered but when I needed a bit more detail, it was extremely difficult.

Out of all the capsule hotels I have went to during my stay. This was the best! Very clean and very luxurious at an affordable price still relevant for a capsule hotel. I was only there for a short stay. But If I were to travel again I will choose to book here. Great facilities too! (Sauna, onsen, and lounge) All in all a perfect place to stay at.

I just didnt like that the hotel had to kick out guests around 10~12 for cleaning. And that they dont allow for luggage storage after check out.

very reasonable accommodation close to airport line. definitely worth it if you like japanese spa and sauna.

you have to be out of premises from 10am to noon each day. Also the locker is pretty small. glad my backpack fit inside. otherwise, would have had to leave bags unattended in common areas, which probably isn't a problem in Japan. (but makes me less comfortable)

Not being Japanese and it being my first time using a hotel like this it was a little daunting. The staff were fantastic and my stay was a fantastic cultural experience. One I would recommend to others.

I was very mindful of snoring and disturbing other Possible the privacy blind was very thin for this reason of noise. I’m a heavy sleeper so it didn’t bother me.
