My side of the room did not have much of a view. Not sure about the other side, should have a better view than my side. The location is great which is right at the middle of the Ginza line. It is quite convenient to use the metro. From the Narita Airport to the hotel using the limousine bus is more convenient. I not we have to use the JR line and change to the Ginza line at the Tokyo Station. If you don't have any luggage, it should not be difficult.

Everything is so far so good. One small thing, maybe, need one more laundromat location. There are only 3 machines for 11 levels...may not be enough

This hotel is extremely convenient. The staff are very nice. It's very easy and cheap to do late check out or early check in if your plans change. There are many different amenities available in the reception area, and they are extremely useful. While rooms are not huge (none in Tokyo area), the are very comfortable. This is definitely a step up from the very basic APA hotels, but still affordable. Easy access to Shimbashi station and walking distance from Ginza and the Emperial Palace grounds.Also very nice views of Tokyo Tower from the room!

It was very close to the train station. Lots of restuarants & supermarkets in the area. Staff were friendly and speaks a good level of English. I like the room amenities, all at the reception, so you can grab what you needed. Coffee and tea making at the receptioin as well. I like that there were self laundry services (can use Suca card to pay, not only coins), ice dispenser machine.

The room was ok in size, but was just big enough to open the luggages in the room. There was no daily cleaning for our room, which we are normally used to.

First, the location. It is conveniently close the subway and other public transportations. The staff is very friendly and try to help you in any way they can. Hotel has a laundry room which comes very handy if you are travelling light. Room was not very spacious but still we were satisfied even with a child staying with us. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Tokyo as a tourist.

While the hotel is technically located by Shimbashi station, it is very close to the Ginza area, and in walking distance to Tsukikji maket. It seems to be catered mostly towards a Japanese buisness clientele, however the front desk spoke english and they were helpful in accepting my luggage for Yamato courier service. Excellent amenity bar, PJs were also provided.

Standard double room size was on the smaller size. If you have a fold open hard shell suitcase that's anything larger than a carry-on, you might find it hard to open it up completely.

The room is very clean and organised. Staff is very nice and helpful to the guests. Location is quite good as it is very close to a train station that can take you to different sites in Tokyo. There is a lot of restaurants and food stalls around the area, and the area also has a vibrant night scene. The best thing for me is that you can see Tokyo Tower from the hotel (at least from the room I stayed in).

Room is a bit tight, but I think it is normal for most Tokyo hotels. This really didn't bother me.

The room was compact but that was expected. Cleanliness was very good. The location is very good for those seeking a variety of F&B options. Staff in general was exceptional, highly recommended.

The location of vending machines and microwave ovens could have been on all floors, but this is a minor issue.

The room is small as expected in Japan but is very modern, well designed and very comfortable. Plenty of supplies of coffee, tea, and washing needs. The breakfast buffet is small but there is a good selection of both Japanese and Western food. It is all clearly labelled with allergy information so it is easy to try different items. The staff were all extremely helpful to a first time visitor to Japan.

The hotel is clean but sadly there’s some kind of stench in the bathroom no matter how clean it was, I noticed because the other room where my group stayed didn’t have that odor. Would like to also commend Inoue-san for being helpful.

We had a little problem with the airport taxi we booked but Inoue-san and another lady with short hair was very helpful in contacting the company for us as we didn’t know how to speak in Japanese. Sadly, the other two concierge there, one female (in chignon) and male (a bit curly brown) was laughing at our situation. Every time Inoue-san speaks about the situation, the male makes some kind of snide remark and they laugh. Hopefully they will change their attitude towards other guests there and not make them feel any more miserable at the situation.

Hotel is very conveniently located near Shimbashi station, and you can reach anywhere via the Tokyo subway system. They have all kombini within a block radius. Staff was very helpful arranging for package delivered via post to my friend in Kobe.

Elevators are often full and you have to wait a little in order to ride them.
