The staff were friendly, the location was clean and the pool was very nice.

Online booking said free breakfast, at the location it was stated at $9.95 a person. The outdoor area was to be vacant by 11pm, still people out there talking at 2am. The blinds do not close in the rooms. There are some white curtains, but I felt very exposed. The bathrooms do not have venting. So when you take a warmer shower everything gets all slippery and steamy. You also cannot adjust the rooms temperatures. It was 73 in the room and too hot for my family. We called down to the desk to see if they could change it but there was never any answer for them. Overall the place is beautiful and we would stay again for the rooms and pool.

Beautiful hotel nestled within the quiet business park. The breakfast was so wonderful, staff super friendly, the room was beautiful and clean and the bed very comfortable. Loved all the green space around the hotel, great for taking a walk and beautiful views.

The old bathtub wasn't great, the water pressure weak and not much hot water. Thankfully I didn't spend much time in the shower.

Nadia at the front desk provided exceptional service. The entire staff was great and the reason I would come back!

The cost of the room vs the quality of the hotel did not match. I expected higher quality room for the amount I paid. The room was comfortable and clean. I did have an insect in the bathtub which caused me to not feel completely trusting of the cleanliness of the room.

The facility the room breakfast everything was awesome. The only thing that was not good was I could not connect to the Internet and asked me to open the browser then put in my last name and my room number and it did not accept that information. I tried to call the front desk, but continuously got a busy signal, I was unable to do any of my work and it doubled my workload last night

The hotel staff was friendly,and accommodating when we needed to change rooms after one nite. We had a great room on the highway side, but, all night was just noisy traffic like a window was open, so we asked for another room, and it was on the courtyard side and it was nice and quiet. The beds were a little hard and mine sagged on one side. But the rooms were very clean and nice.

The beds were a little hard for our taste. And like I said my bed sagged on one side. The breakfast was good, the coffee on the other hand, was a bit like mud, maybe because we got there towards the end. But we just went to Dunkin for coffee.

The location, the parking was good, the courtyard was phenomenal, the hotel staff was remarkable! Always made our beds and always restocked the towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Booking figured 12% sales tax and it is 16% so paid more than expected. Also the hotel charges $50 for damage that is suppose to be removed after your stay. Still waiting for that to happen. Hotel manager helped out with our up grade to a king executive and also gave vouchers for breakfast .

Breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable. Location was great. The courtyard seemed like a nice gathering place.

Parking areas need to be lit better. Main parking in front was always full so had to utilize the side lots, if getting in after dark those lots were dark. Used the workout facility, had to go through the pool area. It was very humid.

The room was quite nice and clean. I liked the location of the hotel and it suited our needs.

I was not thrilled with the hotels stance of cleaning the room every 5 days due to the co-vid threat. I had chosen the hotel because of location as well because I was working and needed to be close to my home due to our flooring being replaced so I wanted to have room service available if I was tired and couldn't go out but that was not provided due to COVID-19. The television channels were very limited without a guide too.

First time staying here - Front desk staff was really efficient, managed to check me in early, super polite and in 2 minutes, hey presto, I was in my room. Lobby area was nice, welcoming and looked comfy. You have to walk through a patio to get to the rooms and that patio area looks great to chill and hang out in the Spring/Summer. Room was comfy, though a tad dated, beds were soft, loved the height, pillows were luxurious, nice and wide, and there were options for firm and soft, which was great. Everything was clean and looked well put together, TV was okay, fridge worked and enough room for luggage/storage, etc. Bathroom was stocked with towels and liked the small Dove products. Breakfast was a bit cold, and I wouldn’t pay it for next time around.

Breakfast should have been included with the rooms, wasn’t worth paying for it as an extra.
