All the staff was friendly

The shower took a long time to get warm the water was not draining from the bath tub the water came all the way to my ankle plus the Ac was loud

The location is good. You have a lot of different businesses in the surrounding area. You don’t have homeless people hanging around the property. We stayed 2 days and the room was nice and neat. Room service came the next morning to change the sheets on the beds, clean the room, and bring us new towels. Also the restaurant that’s connected to the hotel has very good food. The breakfast buffet is the best.

Rooms service could’ve knocked a little louder cause we almost didn’t hear her. I thought breakfast was free but it wasn’t.

There was no breakfast offered. I came for a meeting held in the hotel so the location was perfect and there are plenty of restaurants near by.

I was disappointed there was no complementary coffee offered except in the room. I’m not comfortable using in room coffee machines. People can do disgusting things to them. And it’s not sanitary. Also there was only one chair for us to sit and eat.

the room was very cold and the heater took awhile to get room warm. Then it got cold again, didn't seem to retain much heat therefore heater was running off and on thru out the night. it would have been nice to have a free breakfast instead of wanting $17 dollars more per person for breakfast.

I like the property and it smelled nice. The staff was friendly and the room was clean to my liking. I checked the mattress and it was very clean. I will be staying at the Hilton again.

The only thing that was a little inconvenient was parking at night. It was very full to where I had to park far.

The Staff at Hilton Westchase is very friendly and super accommodating.

There were several family reunions also staying and happening at the hotel. Many of the participants were extremely loud.

The check in was quick and easy. The staff was nice and professional. I had an amazing view from my hotel window. The room was very spacious. The hotel was in a great location, closer to restaurants and shopping centers. My stay at Hilton Houston Westchase was excellent.

The only dislike about this hotel was the walls are very thin. You can hear the other family in the next room.

Restaurant service was not good. Servers were not friendly and told us we should eat from the buffet and not from the menu because it was pricey. We were very insulted. For the remainder of our visit we ate elsewhere even though it was a little inconvenient.

I liked that I could check in and check out through the app and also access my door keys through the app. It was very convenient. Ample amount of parking as well.

Everything was fine.

Location was good, facility was clean and your staff was very friendly and knowledgeable!

The attached restaurant was nice but their prices were a bit high for me.
