The staff were engaging and accommodating "the whole 9 yards". The value we received for the rate they charged was unmatched compared to other options. If we were traveling with family, the security precautions would be reassuring.

The breakfast could have been better, specifically the waffles. Please do not serve meat with vegetarian options. The breakfast was the only minor downside of the entire experience.

The Champions Club and Hotel is our new go to hotel in Houston. It’s clean, comfortable, and close to everything without being right where all the noise is. The staff made us feel welcome every day of our stay, saying hello and wishing us a great day every time we passed the front desk. More importantly, though, they were helpful and informative whenever we had any questions or concerns. We will most certainly be coming back every time we visit Houston.

The bar soap provided to wash our hands is quite drying, but the lotion that is also provided does help counteract that.

Very appealing look inside and out. Very comfortable bed. Staff was always friendly. I felt safe with around the clock security. I like that it is close to the highway so it was easy to get to all my destinations.

The walls were a little thin, but I only noticed because I was alone and quiet. Shower did not regulate water temperature well (got progressively hotter).

clean, they texted me asking if I had any concerns or needed anything. I texted and told them I needed my room cleaned and they sent someone immediately. they also texted me the wifi code as well. we had car trouble and they let us stay a lil late after check out time. i definitely give 10 stars. one of the best rooms I ever stayed in.

Safety check to enter the hotel having only one entry/exit (except for alarm secured fire doors) is a bit of a discomfort. Parking lot can get crowded during poker events, requiring to park on the meadow. No microwave and no water kettle on the room.

The entire staff (valet, security, desk personal, poker personal, and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. They were very attentive and thier willingness to help and have friendly conversation was very appreciative. The room was clean and well maintained. I had a very great experience.

I loved the staff… from the bartender to the front desk, they were courteous and informative. The food and ambiance was outstanding. I liked the Poker scene and will be back for lessons and happy hour, lol

The hotel was very safe. We were only staying for one night and didn't feel like unloading the car. Because of all the security of the hotel we felt that our belongings were safe. If you're looking for a hotel that is safe and secure, Champion is number one.

All staff were very courteous and welcoming, including the security guards. Rooms were very clean. Close to a lot of great restaurants on Belaire. Would definitely recommend staying here, this will probably be my go to hotel when in Houston.

Staff was really nice and helpful.

The elevator up to my floor was out for the entirety of my stay which meant I had to take to stairs for the whole weekend. Still a pretty decent stay overall.
