I particularly like the location and the streets bordering it. I am very particular with cleanliness. I got a change of clean towels every day. I also enjoyed the breakfast variety. Most of the other guests kept to themselves. I know I'll miss my Brazilian roommate. She was the friendliest person in that whole facility. This experience has made me consider coming back to visit Capetown.

I don't know if it's just me or that I noticed the whites were given preference over other races. Either that or if you have an elite accent the reception is much better. Other than that, everything else was superb.

The cleaning was daily. The room was big and the bathroom was good too. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is very good, next to Long Street, which is very good for restaurants and coffee shops.

Breakfast was limited to 5 different options and it was not buffet, sometimes it took a lot to order as there are a lot of big groups. The lobby is very noisy in the evening as is the meeting point of big groups of young students. Internet was not very good in the rooms. Not very good if you want to have a call or chill on your own.

It is a good choice regarding cost benefit. Location is good but apart from the noisy chaos during night time. Beds are comfortable and there is choices for breakfast. Simple breakfast but worth the price. Two power sockets near the individual light and a storage space on each bed, and they have the South African and the European type of sockets, which helps a lot. There is a water fountain on 2nd floor which is helpful. Shower is really good too.

The only thing is they do not have elevators. So if you're on 3rd floor, will have a bit of exercise to do. But this does not compromises the experience at all.

Staff was friendly and polite and place we visited was close by

The parking for your vehicle was major problem vehicle must park in street or pay for parking at some other building which we pay for my vehicle to be save.

some events can happen karaoke at night which totally destroyed our sleep. complaining didn’t help In the evening homeless people can simply enter and walk around the lounge asking for money or food if you sleep on the upper bed, your feet will be destroyed by metal stairs

Centrally located. Close to tourist info center, hop on hop off bus and at least 6 good restaurants.

Maybe explain better the breakfast situation as I went to the wrong side and had to pay anyhow. Too many beggars bothering hostilers. Go bother rich people at a Hilton not hostelers.

The breakfasts were adequate but the burgers were full of extra ingredients that made them an outstanding experience to myself, a "non-burger" client. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful with a big smile and laughter. Very impressive.

Although there is an abundance of really colorful and interesting things to see and there are good restaurants and cafes nearby, there is a risk of pickpockets in the immediate area. I was warned by staff and only carried a small amount following that, but still had that small amount smoothly 'removed'. Street begging for drug money was also warned against and I respected the warning. There was no question of being out after sunset.

After trying different hostels in the beautiful Cape Town, I can honestly say this is by far the best one. There are many reasons why you will stay here even more days than planned: - The location is superb, right in the heart of Downtown with many restaurants and markets around. - The satff is very helpful, from the housekeepers to the front-desk people and the waitresses. - Breakfast is included and it is not just a simple one but different options with big portions. - The room with 20 pods is very quiet and has its own privacy, with curtains and multi-layer walls. - Very cool vibes on the lobby, with enough space to work, eat and meet nice travellers. In addition, it is very safe and it has its own electrical supply during load sheddings. Thank you for making me feel like home!

Helpful cheerful staff, clean and simple rooms, good location, cozy lobby and restaurant, everything was amazing.

When we book the room for less than 1 week, they should have warn us that cape town is fantastic city and they are amazing people so staying short time will be regretful decision 😔
