Amazing staff. Super Friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us with all bookings and transport. Shuttle to Waterfront was fantastic. Room was great with a wrap around balcony. Breakfast was great. Overall, I would stay there every time I visit Cape Town ONLY because the hotel team made us feel like home and took care of all our requests and made our stay memorable.

NOTHING. Everything was amazing. A few more wine selections would have helped but it didnt really matter when you are in Cape Town (wine country)

The overall appearance is luxurious

Ive been a regular guest at the hotel these past 2 years, and The rooms are starting to show wear. Little things like the scuffed marks on the headboard and bathroom cabinets, the kitchenette doors are hanging loose. Also, its so noisy in the area, at night. I also dont think the reception staff should be standing atound chatting loudly.

The location was excellent, close to Waterfront, and also to restaurants and coffeeshops. There are many handicraft stores around the hotel. It was quite safe for walking around with my kids and family.

I expected to be able to park the car at the Hotel's parking, but unfortunately there is no parking at the hotel. There is a parking space adjacent to the hotel that you must pay for it.

Pepper Tree honestly exceeded my expectations. The Staff at this hotel were really professional, kind and helpful; right from pick up at the airport to the reception, cleaning staff and spa staff. The room was beautiful, neat and clean; the bed was super huge and comfortable. Each time house keeping would clean the room; they'd leave a complementary piece of chocolate on the bed and I found this gesture really sweet. If you are a solo female traveler travelling either for business or pleasure, I highly recommend this place as it is absolute value for money. They do have free shuttles to the V&A Waterfront and Camps Bay at scheduled times which is a bonus point.

Clean, well organised, beautiful rooms

It is not the hotel’s fault but there are night clubs around the hotel and they play very loud music until 4am.

The staff were so welcoming and willing to go the extra mile with anything we needed. IThe room was lovely and well equipped, bedding was lovely and crisp. My son said it was the best hotel he’s ever ever ever stayed in and promises to come back soon! Hopefully he’s paying next time 🤣 have coeliac disease and the chef was so kind to make me something safe to eat. We didn’t get to experience much of the facilities due to our tight schedule but from what I did see - everything was lovely and a real treat. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I was traveling as a single woman with two small children, the only thing I was a little nervous of was walking around the surrounding areas. I didn’t feel safe to do so we caught Ubers, it was a very quick and easy process. The hotel is very centrally situated and easy to get to most highlights of Cape Town.

The room was absolutely beautiful and was setup with flowers, choc dipped strawberries and a birthday cake to celebrate my wife's birthday - thanks to the team for setting this up. The spacious and elegant room exceeded our expectations. The Copa restaurant was also top notch - staff were friendly and the food was delicious. The breakfast was great. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I genuinely appreciated nearly every aspect of my experience at Pepperclub Hotel. From the initial communication with the staff prior to our arrival to the moment we stepped into the hotel the service was exceptional, I found the establishment to be stunning, complemented by excellent facilities and services. I particularly valued the shuttle services to the V&A Waterfront and the availability of changing and locker rooms in Camps Bay for guests. This arrangement allowed us to fully enjoy our time at the beach and in the restaurant without the concern of managing our day luggage.

The aesthetic appeal of the pool area requires improvement. Additionally, the lunch and dinner menu of the restaurant needs some refinement. A hotel of that standard should provide a better culinary experience for its dinner service.

This hotel should be added to the hidden gems of Cape Town. We had an amazing stay at the Pepperclub hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff was another level of good. So attentive and friendly. From checkin the checkout we had amazing service. The spa was lovely, offering a range of really cost effective services, and the location was really good. Not more than 10 minutes from most of the Cape Town hotspots (although because of its location, it does get a little loud). Highly recommend
