Lovely hotel, so nice to be able to have breakfast on the beach. Very good breakfast selection, usual buffet items you’d expect and then eggs cooked to order. We stayed in a chalet room next to beautiful swimming pool. Our room was great, shower pressure was amazing, best we’d had on our trip. Hotel located quite a way out of Khao Lak, beach was quiet and peaceful, lovely white sand and gorgeous sea. There were a few eating places a long the beach, easy walking from hotel. Hotel grounds beautiful lush, tropical.

We didn’t like the sun bed situation around the pool, guests reserving sun beds with towels from 6.30am. Sun beds usually all taken by breakfast time. There were a couple of occasions where the complimentary water was not refilled in our room. We also felt that the hotel shuttle into Khao Lak should really have been free of charge and run more frequently. It only made 2 outward trips and did not offer a return journey. The hotel has a shower room for guests to use who need to check out late but the shower only has cold water, we felt this poor for a hotel of this class, it was the most expensive of our trip and some aspects were disappointing compared to our experience in other less costly hotels.

The resort itself was nestled in amongst the lush, well-kept tropical gardens. We had our own garden area as well. The pool was huge, clean, and close to the coconut bar, which was handy for happy hour cocktails. The breakfasts were exceptional!! Apart from the usual breads, danishes, cereals, fresh fruits, and juices, there were 6 different hot dishes to choose from, including Thai food, along with an egg station. And 2 coffee machines to keep you caffeinated!! Best ☕️, but also a selection of teas! We ate at the restaurant next door, The Pine Tree, which was a very nice option for dinner The staff and hospitality at Bangsak were wonderful. They also have a shuttle to take you into Khao Lak or night markets.

The location was just a little isolated. Having your own transport would be ideal.

We loved everything about our stay. Incredible room, gorgeous pool, and great people to meet. Adults-only is a game changer and the location of this resort on the beach is perfect. We will definitely be coming back!

We booked this as a last minute trip to relax and unwind. It was perfect. The 2 storey cottages around a pool (6 cottages) felt secluded and the pool was never overcrowded. There was also the option of using the infinity pool near the beach. The pool had powerful jets and was cleaned daily. Our room was comfortable and had everything you need - flip flops, umbrellas, robes, toiletries, bottled water, coffee machine! We booked the upstairs room and really enjoyed relaxing on the large balcony. The bath tub filled quickly and the water was hot. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be tasty and there was a good choice. 2for1 cocktail promotion was great and included mocktails. Watching amazing sunsets from there was a highlight of our trip. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, it was perfect!

If you don't have transport you are isolated (we have a car so this wasn't a problem). The hotel does offer a shuttle service for 120baht pp to the nearby town and night market for those that need it

Bangsak Village is a secret oasis. I love that it is adults only. No noisy splashing kids at the pool. One day three single ladies arrived at the pool with their boom box. We much appreciated the staff quickly and discreetly addressing this and we returned to the serenity that we loved. The rooms are beautiful. The restaurant was situated looking over the beach. The food was great and the included breakfast was delicious. There are other cheaper restaurants nearby on the beach that were good too along with some excellent massage places on the beach too. Walk either direction on the beach to other resorts at low tide and check out that Bangsak village was definitely the best option! The property is well maintained and feels like a private lush oasis.

The cocktails were made out the back of the bar. We doubted that they had any alcohol whatsoever in them. Therefore sugary expensive drinks!

Its an adults only hotel. The room was really lovely. It is very secluded. The infinity pool is set amongst palm trees and all the areas are beautifully landscaped. There are also separate smaller pools. It is such a lovely relaxing place to spend a holiday. It is our second time at this hotel. We stayed 9 years ago and we were pleased to see that the hotel is still exceptionally well maintained. We would definately like to return there in the future. Very nice restaurant which overlooks the beach, Food is really good. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Really nice long walk along the sand to nearby restaurants. Pak Wik beach is really nice.

The sunbeds on the beach and around the pool are uncomfortable. Not all the cushions have ties on them which means they slip down when you try to sit on them. Therefore not easy to sit up when reading a book. Some on the beach the rattan has deteriorated. We love sitting on the beach and perhaps it would be nice to have some on the sand nearer the sea

Our room was the best in the village 101 chalet right next to the beach,pool,day spa and restaurant but still quite The chalets are very large We could relax on our bed when it was raining heavily and look out at the ocean The gardens were very pretty We loved all the staff,massages at the day spa The restaurant had nice food and ample selections for breakfast Adults only which was great The pool was very large great for doing laps swimming or walking.

The shower in the chalets could do with a new shower head,it’s just a rain shower the option of a handheld would be great as you had to wear a shower cap if you didn’t want to get your hair wet and as it was high I found it hard to rinse the shampoo out of my hair when I washed it Not a big thing but I love my showers and not a big fan of a rain shower Not a big thing

Beautiful small resort in a quiet area. Loved the decor,especially the peacock chairs in the open breezy lobby. Large nicely decorated clean rooms with a huge comfortable bed and outdoor space. Buffet breakfast with lots of goodies right on the beach with unobstructed views of the horizon. The pool lovely and never too crowded. We ate in the restaurant twice and both times were excellent…once with the treat of a fire show. Beach restaurants & a few shops were a 15-20 minute walk up the beach. It was hard to leave and we definitely recommend it as a relaxing adults only stay.

No power points for phone charging next to the beds…had to charge in the bathroom. 300 baht taxi to restaurants closer to town.

The resort is located in the peaceful area with access right to the beach. Located in a very green lush tropical garden, like a forest. The room is well decorated in Thai style, spacious, comfortable and practical. All necessary amenities are provided in the room. I specifically like shower gel and body lotion since they are produced from Thai herb like lemongrass. Superb! The staffs are very helpful and nice. We got upgraded room and late check-out as requested. The buffet breakfast offers varieties of Thai and Western cousin!, esp. Green chicken curry is fantastic. Highly recommended accommodation in Khaolak when you want to have a chilled vacation and pamper yourself.
