Hidden gem! We are on a month long vacation throughout England and Scotland this month (October 2024), and this was our 3rd stop. We currently are at our 4th, and by far, this London flat was the best for location and value! Also, by far, the most comfortable to stay in for us. We read the other reviews during our stay and can agree the bed isn't the same as our own, but compared to the horrendous ones we have slept in thus far, we are already wishing we would have stayed until we leave on the 26th! The location, if you really look into it, is a bargain based on location as the hotel across the street was 2400 for the 3 nights we stayed here. We will definitely be coming back and making this our first choice of lodging! We can affirm that the laundry does work. You just have to YouTube if you don't know what you need to do to dry the clothes how you want, we are from America and dont use all in one's , so it's a bit different, but a little common sense got us up and running! But by far, we totally recommend this apartment and company. They were great to work with and provided an exceptional experience! Oh, and my husband said to mention that the heated bathroom floors were genius!!! We can also affirm the oven works. You just have to turn the knob to on and hold down the temp gauge knob to get it to light and fire up as you set it. Everything operated as it should, minus the shower head.

The only 2 issues we encountered were that the shower head needs to be replaced as it leaks out of every connection more than it sprays. The other issue was the dust. We had to sleep with the windows open as the cleaners don't dust, and it aggravated my husband's allergies, but that's not an owner issue that's a vendor issue and none of it ruined any part of our experience not to want to rebook this flat or any other properties through them in the future! Fridge alarm kept coming on and could never t get the freezer to work

Location is ideal for exploring central London. The 2 bedroom apartment is huge and very clean. Comfy beds.

Oven didn't work, just the grill. Dishwasher didn't seem to clean dishes properly and had to hand wash them. Broken mirrors in kitchen and bathroom. Noise which kept us awake in the big bedroom (sounded like a waste collection lorry) thought it was outside at first but could've been boiler in the bathroom, not entirely sure where it was coming from but it was a constant repetitive noise, but only started on the 3rd night.

Really good value for what we had to pay, upscale, large apartment in one of the most upscale parts of central London.

The heating in the living room was broken and the electric heating (replacement) couldn't remove the coldness entirely as one window could not be closed completely (but then again it was winter). Upon departure, checkout time was 10 am (11 am would have been better with 2 young children) and the cleaning person was quite rude (and didn't speak English) as he arrived exactly at 10 am and we were still there (we eventually left at 10.15 am).

no air conditioning during extremely hot week (nothing to be done there). more fans would be helpful.

The location was great, ideal for rail and tube. Buckingham Palace was less than 10 mins walk and the tourist bus stop was across the road. The apartment was modern and very clean.

whilst the apartment was clean and modern it was quite small for 4 adults. We were extremely busy so didn’t spend much time there so that helped.

Our apartment was very nice and comfortable. Very well located.

On the listed services it says there is a luggage storage, well they do not have it so that for us was a bit of a problem. We booked the place based on the availability of such service too. Also, the apartment was freezing cold. The host told us there was a thermostat in the apartment but did not explain how to use it and we tried, but did not work.

The location was ideal. The bedroom was fine. The showers were good. The apartment was clean.

The refrigerator worked sporadically. The shower door did not prevent the water from leaking onto the floor area. The shower drainage and leveling needed to be redone to allow water to flow through the drain. Finally, the lift did not work the during our stay and the stairs were difficult to climb for an elderly couple.

Perfect location and beautiful apartment. My daughter and I stayed and loved it. Super easy to check in yourself with the locked box. Victoria tube was 3 mins away, as was the supermarket. Thank you for the best stay!

If I’m being hugely fussy, the bed could have been a fraction softer and bigger. But it was perfectly fine for a short stay.

Literally every thing was fabulous except the process of entering the apartment was a little bit difficult but i give it as a rate 10/10, next time staying in london of course i’ll repeat it .

the lift(elevator), the process of entering the building and apartment if it was electronic would be much better and easier
