This apartment was so far above my expectations. The location is exceptional, I don’t think you could stay closer to Buckingham Palace without actually staying in it. The apartment itself was huge! I expected something small and pokey with it being central London but there was so much room and loads of storage if you were staying for a longer time. I got apartment b14 which was on the top floor and it came with a big outside balcony which was lovely. Cleanliness was spot on, decor is lovely and it was really well kitted out. The apartment was also really quiet which again was unexpected given the location.

Absolutely nothing! If I were trying to pick holes it could do with a little signage outside as I was stood outside the door unsure if I was in the right place but a quick call to reception sorted it and a lovely guy came out to greet me and told me how to get to my apartment which I could have worked out myself had I not been nervous about trying the door due to there not being a sign.

The property boasts an excellent location, being just a 5-minute walk from the Victoria Train Station and a mere 2 minutes from the front of Buckingham Palace. Numerous dining and shopping options are available nearby. Despite its central location, the property is notably tranquil and well-kept. The interior presents a fresh and contemporary ambiance. Additionally, the unit we stayed in was quite spacious

The most disappointing aspect of the property was the lack of cleaning services for a duration of 8 days. Considering it's a serviced apartment, it's surprising that they didn't provide cleaning for such a long period. Additionally, there was an absence of cleaning supplies such as a vacuum, trash bags, cleaning solutions, broom, additional kitchen towels, spare toilet rolls, extra towels, pillows, and mattresses. This left us unable to maintain the place. We resorted to purchasing some cleaning items from M&S. Moreover, the dryer and microwave were malfunctioning. Despite informing the front desk, the issues remained unaddressed.

Could not fault the location, perfect spot for exploring - station and restaurants also within walking distance.

We were not given the apartment we booked. We specifically booked an apartment with 3 double beds to prevent anyone have to sleep on a sofa bed however were given an apartment with 2 doubles and a single - after speaking with someone we were told he could not move us nor could he get any bedding, this meant 1 guest spent the first night on a sofa with no sheets/bedding. It would be nice if enough tea/coffee was provided for the guests booked - 3 teabags and 2 coffee pods between us.

Location was amazing! Right next to the palace and central to everything! The lady at the desk was lovely! Stunning garden area shared between the apartments.

We were a little worried that it was too good to be true. I had to send a picture of my passport over and a picture of my face which I did stop and think ‘should I be doing this?’… is it a scam, I’ve not had to do it for any hotel room before. There is also talk of a £1,000 deposit on the T&Cs, but this was never taken from us 🤷🏼‍♀️ It was all fine! Quite relieved to turn up and see it did exist (you read about these scams when the room doesn’t even exist!) and it was a very beautiful apartment! A few minor things needed doing in the apartment, one toilet was hard to flush, the washing machine door was broken, some of the kitchen needed a little TLC, but we didn’t mind this at all and would deffo stay again!

Good location, and good staff , and got everything I needed during my 2 weeks stay July 2024. I would definitely come back.

The bath draining was blocked, although I reported it to the staff, but it wasn’t fixed during my stay 😔

- No Wifi, Big Disappointing. - Check In is Very Late. - Check out is very Early. - Prices in Other days are very very Expensive. - Bad bed Mattress, Not Comfortable , Feels Cheap.

Apartment location is fantastic, a stone throw from Buckingham Palace and less than 10 minutes walk to Victoria Station. Apartment was cleaned to a high standard - and I'm fussy! Apartment had washing machine, dishwasher, (2 tablets were provided for each) and ironing board. Towels were provided along with a soap bar and mini shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in each bathroom. The kitchen living area was a good size and felt airy. Furnishings in good condition.

We requested another toilet roll as we had run out the last day before we were due to leave, but told no, the package only comes with 2 per bathroom - bit annoying! We were in an upstairs apartment which involved alot of up and down of different sets of steps to reach with no lift, so if this is a concern regards mobility I would make sure to highlight it when booking to ensure you get a more accessible room. No full length mirror. Smart tv able to connect to usual apps but not many standard channels.

You couldn’t have asked for a better location, as soon as you step out the front door you are in London, right across from Buckingham Palace. We took a relaxing stroll through the parks under the beautiful canopy of the trees. Cafe and bars are abundant to the apartment, so you don’t need to walk far. We loved the little cafe The Crumpet and the bar The Pineapple. If you are coming to London for a holiday this where you must stay.

The only thing I would have like is a softer mattress, and that is a preference thing only. Other than that it was a dream apartment and location.

Superb location. Very well appointed , very clean. Apartment was large, in a hotel this would be a high end suite and priced accordingly

It would be useful to have a card providing details of local grocery stores or recommendations for local restaurants serving breakfast. Even more awesome would be providing a breakfast pack at least for the first night of a stay - and a more generous supply of coffee pods and milk.
