What an amazing hotel. The village is picturesque. The hotel was beautiful. The staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The meal in the restaurant was mind blowing to say the least. I have eaten in fine restaurants and many michelin stared places around the world, this one is absolutely one of the best meals i have ever had, and i do not say that lightly. Even though i live in the UK i will be returning here. Thank you so much for a fantastic time.

good breakfast buffet style, but good choice and good service. I am always slightly disappointed with breakfasts in France - the bread and croissants could be warm, which would make an immense difference. Breakfast is the last impression one has of a place and should therefore be exceptional. But this was a better than normal example.

The bath did not work - I filled it for at least 15 minutes and it was still only 5 inches full. I don't know if the problem was the plug or the water pressure, but there was a problem. if you had been looking forward to a bath and then couldn't have it, that is a bit sad. finally, there was a kettle etc. to make tea - but no milk: even condensed milk would be good. given that at least half the clientele were English or American, this was an omission.

Great location, great size room, very clean and staff very helpful

We checked in earlier that 3 pm but no mention that we would be charged an additional 10 euros for the privilege, which considering the overall cost seems a bit mean. If we had been advised we would have come back later. No dress code whatsoever in the dining room with people in tatty shorts and flip flops, that might have been just one party who were extremely loud and spoiled our very expensive meal. Others were a little smarter but still in Jeans. We were under the impression that smart shirt and Jacket was required so that needs amendmending in the information

The renovation work has tastefully elevated the Hotel and Restaurant while maintaining its authentic charm and character. The Family work hard to create a friendly but not overly formal Guest experience - genuine charm

Amazingly they could push the sale of their wines more - make ordering and collecting wines easier. Suggest wines you enjoyed at dinner could be boxed and waiting at check out.

Perhaps it was Julie who greeted us & she was a delight. The other front desk staff were pleasant enough, but a bit curt. The dining room staff, with one exception (don't know her name), were a but aggressive with their instructions and insistence. However, when we pleasantly complied with their wishes, the mood softened.

This is my 4th time visiting Olivier Leflaive - previously for tasting only with Pascal. We were impressed with the hotel and the growth demonstrated since my last visit. I am an OF wine fan and consistently order the AOC selections when available.

I have been buying wine from this producer for two decades and it was brilliant to find that they had a hotel.A very good tour of the Puligny vineyards ,a very good restaurant that served food well matched to the main wines. Two members of the Leflaive family came to talk to us whilst we dined .Very classy.A brilliant tour of the Vineyards at the beginning of the harvest.

Outstanding in every way. A charming hotel, with well modernised rooms. The staff in every area were friendly and ready to help in any way. And, of course, the dining and wining experience was truly memorable. We shall be back!

The hotel is newly renovated. Staff are super nice. The restaurant is very good too. Perfect for a nice dinner with lots of wine. This is our second time there. Always leave with wonderful memories.

We were disappointed to be charged a high price for a wine tasting - as we later spent 800 Euros on Olivier Leflaive wine. We think that you should only make this charge when people do NOT got on to buy wine. In other houses and vineyards this is the case and it is far nicer for the customers to feel they are not being squeezed for every penny.

Excellent hotel in Puligny-Montrachet. Very quiet location close to the vineyards.

Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent wine tasting by the sommelier and a very good restaurant.
