A lovely room with big windows looking out over the city. Good shower and air con. Lots of breakfast options although the fruit selection was less good. An easy walk to ChinaTown and Central Market.

A few things to note: Hotel parking is on 6th floor and we found it a little difficult to find on arrival. This is a traditional Muslim hotel and I was more comfortable making sure shoulders and knees were covered. Shorts for either men or women not a good idea! We couldn’t use the great open air pool on 11th floor as we didn’t have Islamic style swimwear.

Location at the center of the town. Easy to get food or groceries. The room is comfortable,very clean and safe.

The cafeteria in front of the pool there is pros and cons, Cons is the parents with small kids unable to enjoy the food because our children are really excited to go to the pool. My kids are around 2 to 6 years old. The next day because it was time consuming we decided we would not have breakfast at the hotel worried our children would ask to go to the swimming pool. 😄.

Staff was able to give us early check in which i appreciated as i was there for work. Everything about the room is good for me and it was comfortable to sleep as well. I like that parking is free for guest, just need to validate at counter. It is near UTC and a mall so you can still find food walking distance and also is not far to drive to the pasar, waterfront and the chinatown.

I dont think so. Maybe just dont like parking i need to drive all the way to level 6 but is not a big deal.

Staff friendly n helpful.Room was spacious.We did experience some problem where suddenly the power was out.The front desk team did their amazing job by sending two staff to handle our situation asap.Everything went back as usual.Tq paya bunga.Looking forward any good offers by this hotel especially for us in future.

couldn't place order on menu f&b during tea time.we just came n was hungry after check in.The staff from f&b responded that no meals are served for room service during hi tea.Would be much more customer or guest friendlier service if there is no such term stated in future.

- view of kuala terengganu from the room, we got a seaview room - basic amenities provided in the room. They event have a comb and sewing kit! - breakfast was good with traditional nasi dagang n other specialities - near to a mall. - at heart of the city. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

- I requested in booking for a double bed. I got a twin bed. Should request back during check in i think

The validation of the parking access Customers from different level have to go down to the lobby to validate the touch n go card and again going up to the level 6 Parking Area before exit. It’s been easier to customer if there is a validation desk at the same level 6 once the customer going to the parking level

The hotel located at the centre of city. Beside the hotel is UTC mall (small mall with government offices) and nearby have 7-11 or eMart for daily necessities. Room is clean & staff are friendly. Check-in & check-out process are easy and fast.

Room kinda old. Spotted some small insects on table. Breakfast could be better (perhaps is fasting month, so choices are limited). There are 3 lifts but all lifts are busy accommodating the guests from mid levels i.e. level 11 to ground floor. Waited 10mins for lift to reach level 15 to bring me down.

-First location in town area -Second this hotel have swimming pool especially For my kids -This hotel has a very fragrant aroma in lift, corridor and my room

All the facilities i'll like very much Except bath area dont have sliding glass The situation when taking a shower will splash all over the room because there is no glass door

I had called the hotel in advanced to request connection room because another room booked my company and the staff inform will put the request in the remarks. Unfortunately, by the time I want to check in, the receptionist mentioned didn't have any note in the remarks. I insisted to have a room with connection because I came with my families and the staff assisted me nicely and I got the room. Really appreciate it. Thanks a lot.

Felt a bit inconvenience with the parking because need to park at high level.

Everything is superb. My 2nd time staying here. Room is very spacious and clean. Varieties of breakfast and the food was good. Worth every penny spent. Will repeat again insyaallah.
