Very good breakfast, very kind staff, nice room with all facilities, comfort etc

Not many choices of TV channels, hardly any, the pool was ok, but a very bad smell of swage, like bad water at one end of the pool, and the location a little bit complicated for visiting the town center, only taxis etc.

Nice and clean hotel. Good breakfast at room service a lot of menu Thai foods and western. You will order Pork Krapraow with stream rice and Thai milk tea. swimming pool available.

Location does not connect within the public transportation. You should take a taxi or long walk. By the way, it's not too bad. Stuff will support calling taxi for you.

Pretty much everything was of a high standard. Room was well appointed, clean, modern & spacious. Gym had plenty of good quality equipment & sufficient free weights to have a decent workout. Breakfasts - food was plentiful & good quality with some variety each day.

Coffee at breakfast was really poor, watery & tasteless. Maybe the machines weren't working properly? Air conditioning was very noisy but I use ear plugs so not an issue. Location - a bit too isolated with not much selection in walking distance e.g street food, shops, etc. Easy enough to get a taxi or motorbike elsewhere though.

The meals were excellent, breakfast was great as was room service. Loved the spaciousness & cleanliness of the room and the shower cubicle was 15/10!! So spacious!! All in all, I would recommend to my family & friends when travelling to Bangkok. Thank you!!

Maybe the staff's English, but I am a visitor to your lovely country so I can't really complain. Apart from that nothing was too much trouble for the staff, very friendly & courteous.

No nearby restaurant but you have different applications and can deliver food fast .

The staff was friendly , the apartment was good and big with a good view, the location is quiet but a bit far from the center and the attractions and u need taxi every time u have to leave the hotel .. no metro nearby. In general It’s good for families

Breakfast is really poor especially for Arabic and Muslim people .. all few options they give is for western guests.. i found many Arabic families with there kids there ,that’s why the hotel could make more food options for them as well as the other western guests . Coffee is very bad . Many guests highlighted this in their reviews.. hope the hotel will take action for this issue

Breakfast was at a nearby cafe, food was normal, good enough. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Saw lizard in the room! That was totally turn off and disgusting. The water pressure in the toilets were very bad. The smell couldn't be cleared. The hot water in the shower was not working well.

The hotel itself looked pretty new. It's also clean. I liked the breakfast too. Staff was friendly and most of them can speak English. So language barrier isn't a problem. There's a coin laundry nearby and a convenience store, plus a a good restaurant beside it. The place may be 30 minutes away from grand palace where all the places you want to see are but where the place is pretty good. Staff was very accommodating too.

There's not enough place to hang the towels inside the bathroom and there was constant bad smell coming from the sink where the toilet was. The toilet and the shower was separated which I think was nice. I'm only mentioning the hanging for towels because there were three of us staying in one room. We needed to make sure we didn't mix our towels.

The staff is very professional and friendly. All facilities are clean and kept up to standard. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There's a convenience store, laundromat, plenty of restaurants and an ATM all within walking distance.

It is a little difficult to get a grab taxi as the hotel is located a little away from the city center. But if you don't mind waiting a couple of extra minutes, it really shouldn't deter you from staying here. Everything else is pretty much exceptional

Nice property, enjoyed our stay the staff changed our room immediately after we complained the room smelled of smoke. The tv volume was on mute and didn’t work during our stay while we tried to watch a football match. A staff member tried to fix the problem and couldn’t. The breakfast spread was good, however there was an omelette station with no chef present for well over an hour after the buffet started. Overall good stay, clean rooms, comfy beds & good WiFi too.
