All staff are very nice and helpful, the room is clean.

the location is not near any public transport. i only booked this hotel because i need to attend some shows at Bravo BKK(aka SHOW DC), which you can walk from the hotel to there within a few minutes, but you need to cross a very busy road, and the traffic light for pedestrian will be "off" at night. That's why finally i called grab bike but not walking by myself.

The suite room was beyond my expectation. It was bigger than what I expected from the pictures that was available. As it was away from city centre, it is really peaceful at night. The staff are friendly with no issues during check-in. Housekeeping was great. Room had a cool bluetooth speaker which fills the entire room. Even though not convenient location, it was relatively easy to book Grab to get to the city centre. And love love LOVE their wifi connectivity. It was fast enough for me to stream Netflix from my iPad.

It is a distance from the nearest train station (about 20mins walk) and the weather is unforgiving in the day. Arrived at hotel and sweaty and tired from the walk, but worth the amount that was paid for. Nothing around the area yet as the nearest tourist hub is still in the midst of reopening (Show DC - 5mins walk). During my stay, the lift was under maintenance and I had to climb four flights of stairs to reach my room.

The hotel was close to the city for events & restaurants etc.

The bar upstairs does not give off a nice atmosphere & is expensive for drinks. Hence it was empty, but hotel was was fully booked. We wanted to go for a drink but the music was loud (terrible rap with swearing) & not suited for a sky bar vibe. The view is very nice. But unfortunately we couldn't sit & enjoy it.

Nice helpful staff, clean and comfy room. Taxi to the city cemtre was on average 7-8€

It was my fault that I didn’t see it, but it’s right beside the highway. If you’re a light sleeper it could be a problem, but for me it was the trouble of getting across the highway with chaotic traffic and trafic lights 😅

The bed was the most comfortable i’ve ever slept on, so nice and comfy. The pillows were amazing too. It’s close to a 7-11 for drinks and food.

It was a little far bit of a far walk to the metro station. 20-25 minutes i’d say.

Clean and new hotel with nice rooftop bar.

The location is quite far and also next MRT station is 30min away by foot. High price for standard hotel. Also I don’t expect to pay a deposit in this price class especially if the hotel also has my credit card details.

The hotel is good clean , easy can order any taxi to transfer around Bangkok not far from center of city and not far from BKK International Airport , Staff are friendly have car parking , good wifi , good TV program , thanks

Big room with big bath

The first room I stayed in was room 309. It seemed pretty clean and I was happy. The lady at the front desk was so sweet. I really enjoyed her a lot. She seemed very good at her job.

I moved to room 307. The shower had what looked to be black mold. I even asked for them to clean it. It didn’t get cleaned. Also both rooms I had, neither had hot water. The roof top bar wasn’t opened and I don’t think food was open either. I do understand that because of covid a lot of things struggled. Not hot water come on guys. All and all my stay was good.

Comfy room with bathrobes and slippers, great bed and room. Staff is helpful and kind.

Not the most walkable location, a night market and bars and clubs can be walked to but only via very narrow sidewalks next to express ways.
