Loved we could bring our dog with us. It was nice that there was a microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer and even an iron in the room. The room was a nice size. The check in and check out process was very easy. The gentleman who helped us check in was very helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. We will go back in the future.

My bed seemed to have a dip in the mattress. It made it a little hard to find a good place to sleep so I wouldn't fall into that section. It is not the worst bed I have slept in in a hotel for sure.

Stuff super friendly, room very spacious, very clean. AC working perfectly, if a little loud at times during the night, if on. But it's very nice that you can control the temperature easily. Bathroom also quite tidy. I can recommend. Free parking also.

It's was all pretty great, the only thing to note is that it's quite far from the city centre. And breakfast wasn't so great. You do get to choose a breakfast burrito to go if you want. But the on site options re limited to toast and cereals of very basic quality.

The staff was very friendly. They gave us a beautiful and extremely comfortable rroom, the sheets and blankets were so soft and clean, I slept like a baby. The bathroom was spotless, the room a/c was ice cold, and stocked with a ironing board, extra pillows, and a nice table desk combo with chairs, coffee, fridge, microwave, and water bottles,. It was a long hot drive for us that day, and was a great welcome upon arrival. They recommended a quaint Italian restaurant behind the property in walking distance, and the food was amazing, very busy and popular local place, and couldn't have asked for better stay.

Nothing - the property was very conveinent.

Everything. We had a little problem with our tire being low on our trip to the hotel. The desk attendant recommended a place to have it looked at. In the end, they fixed the tire (a screw was in it) FREE IF CHARGE!!! We asked her for a recommendation for a good place to eat, we followed her suggestion and was happily rewarded.

Easy access and close to the water. Soft towels great staff. Good coffee a pool table in the lobby guests can play on . I felt safe. Milk at the breakfast and perfect sized yogurts. Ice cream and treats for sale in lobby.

Mattress was a bit slanted, my window was on a busy street, front door a bit clumsy

We were surprised to find out our there was a complimentary breakfast with egg,sausage,cereal,toast,bagels waffles and coffee it was very nice. The best part about our stay was Heidi and Barbra they both worked very hard at making sure our stay was fantastic. We will stay here again because of them.

Came to stay here for an affordable trip. The location was good. The rooms were extremely clean. The beds were so comfortable. Loved that it had a microwave and fridge. Definitely a lot of bang for your buck. Jeanne at desk was so sweet and accommodating. The place feels extremely safe as you pass desk before entering rooms!

Very nice, good view. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was not cooked enough. Specifically, the sausage and some eggs were cold. Maybe they just weren't heated through yet?

I got stranded here after my truck broke down. couldn't have happened at a better place. Camel Towing was right next door. Lake Havasu City is a beautiful place with very nice people. Bed was nice and soft.

Tiles in the bathroom were a little loose in both rooms I stayed in.

The room is spacious and in a relative central location. The bed is comfortable and the staff very friendly. Breakfast, I was surprised that it was available, with a reasonable selection. Charger for devices present and the internet fast.

It's not the newest place anymore.
