My experience was fantastic! The host was incredibly accommodating, even allowing for a late check-in and providing assistance. The complimentary coffee and tea were a delightful touch, adding to the warm atmosphere of the place.

Check in was a bit odd via a phone call but I believe Tuesdays are their day off. Luckily the lady spoke perfect English so it was not a problem for us

Super price, clean, quite and excellent welcome from the owner. Possibility to prepare a coffee or tea on the common area with kettle an microwave oven.

Room is a bit spartan and could be warmed with improved decoration. Missing indication and slightly difficult to find at night.

Our rooms were on second floor, easy access, convenient for our family of 6.

We loved everything.

Parking was available and free and the room was clean inside.

They have signs everywhere saying that you need to be quiet in the facility. The "flat screen" TV is smaller than any computer Monitor ive seen. The price for a 1 room location was pretty high. $250 not including the extra they charge for water/drinks. No AC NO personal fridge and basically no real TV.

Clean modern bathroom, though the towels come from 3 sets and are worn.

Driving onto an industrial estate, you arrive at a building that doesn't have parking spots for all their rooms, Then you're standing in front of a closed door figuring out how to get in, calling a only German calling lady who turns out is not there. After getting the code for a keybox you walk through an apartment building where 1 floor is sub divided in rooms and you figure out, Wow you hear everything, from every room, and I'm talking about walking around, talking softly everything. It's incredibly hot and no climate control. don't worry there is a small box (broken of course) that you can put some food only in(drinks are forbidden) that can be put in a communal fridge. The beds and other furniture seems to be inherited from the 50s. creaky etc with sheets with 2 holes in them. There is in a 4 bed room, a table with 2 chairs. but only 1 chair can actually sit at the table as it's in a corner with a cupboard next to it. Now if you finally fall asleep despite all of this, don't worry about oversleeping, cause at 7:00 the neighboring aluminium framing company starts up with grinding and cutting but you'll probably be awoken before that by the alarm/toilet/shower 3 rooms over anyway. Sleep here for 1 night if you must and even then only if you arrive late and plan on starting early.

close to Autobahn but quite

Facilities dated. Lots of warnings about problems with electricity. Old fashioned ‘Frotte’ linen and very low quality pillows. Safed on even minimal comfort

'Customer is king' is definitely not followed in this guesthouse. You will always get an answer : You can book a room in the guesthouse, but if you have remarks/questions/complaints, you get the answer the hotel is closed. If you say wifi is slow and you loose constantly connection, she denies. If you say that you checked with other guests and they have the same bad connection, you get the answer that you have to deal with it if you book a cheap hotel. If you say you will give bad rating, she calls booking.com. And then I get a phonecall from booking.com where they tell me the host is asking not to give a negative rate. Oh, by the way. If you book when the hotel is 'closed', you can contact the host on her cellphone. Offcourse, if you come from another country, you pay international call. If you are closed = be closed and don't offer rooms. if you are open = make sure there is a person in the building
