The property is really close to Vieux Lille and Lille Flanders. 10/15mins by feet or 2 mins with the tram. my mom went there with her sister and they enjoyed the comfort, form the bed to the bathroom, she enjoyed it all! the staff is very friendly, they proposed us for breakfast, but we said no because we had already planned to leave at 6 am to travel somewhere else the day after. the aesthetic was on top! i really liked the colors and the decorations. i thought it was a nice idea to have all the employee’s photos from when they were little all hung up on the walls! so cute! the kitchen looked so good! i’m just sad we couldn’t try it!

Modern hotel, all staff friendly and helpful, buffet dinner a little pricey. Breakfast good, Frankfurters rubbery, but we were last in. Room minimalist, comfy bed. Close to Romarin metro stop and Le Bistro du Romarin who do excellent light lunch.

Shower a bit feeble

The staff were amazing. The bar area (check-in) was clean and well staffed. The staff let me practice my limited French when ordering. Breakfast was great with many choices (Breads, fruit, yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausages, bacon, coffee, tea, juice, etc). Area was super close to transit, approximately one block. The area was not in the centre of the city though. Nice park across the street. The room were small but cute, seemed very clean. Bed was comfy and loved all the green (colour) in the space. The bathroom has a shower only which I liked.

My only complaint was that there was visible mold in the shower in the bathroom. Looks like it needs to be updated and cleaned a little better.

We had a really nice stay at Campanile. The staff was nice, the beds were confortable, the neighborhood was quiet. We slept really well, you don't hear any noises from the other guests. The bathtub was a nice surprise. We walked to Lille, it's a 15-20 minutes walk to the centrum of Lille.

The pillows were too soft, there was no toilet brush (apparently they don't allow them in the bathroom anymore since the Covid pandemic) and the carpet was pretty old. The breakfast was not very varied, you don't get any fresh vegetables or too many options when it comes to cheese. The fruit salad was sour, maybe a few days old. Except if you're vegan, you'll find something to eat, you don't have to worry about that.🙂

I enjoyed my stay in Campanile, I speak a little French and they were incredibly patient with the language barrier and spoke good English themselves. Checking in was a smooth process and the room was clean, modern, and just what we needed. It was well-kept and dinner was easy also (and the best cocktails I've had in France).

Single pillows were too thin so unfortunately wasn't the comfiest and the shower not having a door did mean the floor got slightly wet. There was a slight smell and parking charges were very high but I can't criticize anything else, it was a great stay.

Very nice new, spacious and clean room. We also liked the fact that they had a kettle with coffee and tea, and that we could refill our water bottles with filtered cold water every day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and quiet area with a lot of free parking. Very near a tram station also. Another thing that we liked was the policy that if you skipped the cleaning of your room for a day, they treated you with a free drink (wine, beer, soft drink etc!) each day.

The bed mattress could be a bit better but it was ok!

The staff were the best asset of this property. They could not be more helpful or friendly. The rooms were reasonable and more spacious than we were expecting and we were able to get a quiet nights sleep as you couldn’t hear your neighbours.

The water in the shower, no matter if you set it at a cooler temp would every few minutes run scalding hot, which was not so great with a toddler.

This is a modern hotel, not exactly central but only 15 minutes from the Eurostar terminal or the old town. There is a small supermarket, a bar (in addition to the one in the hotel) and a tram stop close by. One thing in particular - not sure why more hotels don't do this - not just hot drinks in the room but disposable cups with lids so you can make a hot drink then set out on your travels.

Only French channels on the TV. The desk area was a bit small. A kettle but no coffee sachets in the room - not sure if these were just temporarily unavailable. It meant pulling on clothes so I could get a coffee from the breakfast bar downstairs!

We stayed in the hotel for one night as visiting Christmas Market. It's nice and clean in the rooms, breakfast was lovely and so many different food to choose. Location is great. About 20min walking to the city centre. There is also parking for 13€ but on the street I saw free spaces. On the reception were two boys who were very kind and helpful.

The loby sofas were very old and ripped they may think about change them with new equipment.

We had a very good stay. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. They accommodated a cot for our baby which was very good. You can walk to the city centre in about 15-20min. There is parking on-site which is paid for. There're EV chargers available from the adjacent business, which are free through the mobile app, however it's best to use them during the night as through the day are probably used by the business. I used them during the night and didn't bother anyone.
