I really appreciated the special attention I got from the front counterperson thanking me for being an Honors member when I arrived and the special attention she gave me during the process--and then when I got to my room, the TV was on saying "Welcome James--Hilton Honors Member". After traveling alone for a long time, I thought that extra touch felt really nice. The room and TV were beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. It was a very relaxing stay. The entire staff, from the counter people to the cleaning and maintenance staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I think the breakfast could be better. The eggs were dry and not very appetizing. Maybe I'm being a bit too picky, but I thought there could be more of a variety of food choices. How about some healthier choices as well?

This place was convenient to stay at, very clean, well kept. The lady working the desk when we checked in was super friendly (I had major dental work done and couldn’t talk) she understood my notepad lol she was the sweetest! Even gave me some salt and a cup to rinse my mouth.

The only cons we had were when we went to check out I asked the lady working if I could change my payment method from a credit card to bank card and she got really snotty with me to the point where I said forget it, I called booking.com and changed it that way.

Very clean! Helpful and pleasant staff. Large rooms with high ceilings. Coffee all day for coffee drinkers. Never heard any of the others guests while in our room so I assume it was more sound proof than other hotels.Kitchenette was very useful. Not very far from shopping. Nice restaurant next door with online ordering. Good breakfast with plenty of options

Thin blankets and we prefer soft mattresses. The dishes in the kitchenette were dirty

Excellent hot breakfast served. Fresh water with fruit slices in the lobby.

Only one ice machine in the entire building working and it's a big place. Carpet in our room was wet from something. Room had a food aroma. Staff wasn't very friendly. TV wasn't automatically hooked up. Had to call to get maintenance there which took 3 calls. Maintenance not friendly at all!

The staff were super nice and helpful. Nice pool!

Not enough luggage carts. Thoughtless people kept the two they offered in their rooms which was super inconvenient and rude. Swimming pool: locked out. Had to use rock to prop door. Keycard did not work. It was freezing cold outside and I had to walk around the building to get in at night (in flip flops and my swimsuit) because my keycard would not open the door. Cold shower next to swimming pool.

The rooms were spacious and the staff was very friendly in accommodating.

Upon arrival my booking.com reservation was unable to be found. The manager on-site gave us a room and let us get situated while she was able to figure out the situation. Nearby construction possibly caused unwanted critters on the premises and in my room. However management was able to compensate and help take care of the situation in a prompt Manner.

Conveniently right off freeway. Lighted parking lot. About 13 min from our destination in a good location. Loved the size of the room with everything you need included. Family & kid friendly.Breakfast is a bonus & staff were super welcoming & friendly. Also noticed they are pet friendly!

Only 4 handicap parking spaces Blankets are extremely thin

It was comfortable, clean, large room. I appreciated that. Lots of useful appliances in room, and plenty of storage space, although I was only staying one night

Better designated pet relief area, front desk clerk was rude, and didn't make eye contact or respond when spoken to. She seemed to really dislike her job.

Booking.com screwed up my reservation and there was no hotel room available when I arrived to Home2 Suites because they were completely sold out over the weekend. The staff and, especially their manager, worked tirelessly to get me a reimbursement within 48 hours of the inconvenience. Very much appreciated!

It was a good location for visiting my family and easy to get to. Breakfast was good but could have had a little more variety and location right in lobby wasn’t perfect. But it was good.
