Very spacious, comfortable beds , newer appliances and friendly staff.

Reviews said kitchen was well stocked, however, there was no toaster, coffee maker was not suitable for a group and not enough utensils for everyone. Also, the sofas were not pull out sofas and there was only 1 TV in the condo and none in the bedrooms, which made it very hard for family members to relax in the room and watch what they wanted. Condo was fairly clean, however, the balcony is in need of a good scrub down.

Location was excellent for not being directly on beach, walk was so short to beach and boardwalk and being downtown was loaded with things to do all walking distance. Condo was clean, comfortable and large enough for kids to have their own space. Kitchen had everything for cooking dinners. Indoor pool was perfect for rain day and right across the breezeway.

No toaster for breakfasts or hairdryer. Master bath door handle missing a screw holding it on was a bit frustrating causing the door not to lock. Toilet in second bath leaked from base a bit but was not a big deal.

The beds were amazing!! The place was huge! Enough room to not bother one another when some of us got home late, and others got up early! The location was perfect!

The only strange thing was that it was damp. The ac didn't seem to take the moisture out of the air, and we could feel that our clothes were damp.

It was spacious and nice.

That’s it’s only 1 parking per room however we did find parking on the street. Another thing that was very inconvenient there’s no blender toaster or bigger pots to use. One sink kept clogging and they only provide 1 toilet roll per bathroom even if your staying for more then 3 days with like 10’people

I loved the property. It was clean and beautiful.

I wasn’t pleased with the location of the master bedroom as it was right next to the busy road which disturbed my sleep. Furthermore, I could hear other people living next door which also disturbed my sleep. It would be beneficial to make the walls more soundproof so that loud noises do not come through as easy.

Location was perfect , very spacious condo. We had issues with our door lock when checking in , maintenance was there immediately to help . When he realized it would be awhile to fix we were upgraded to another room . Excellent staff, happy and helpful!

Floors are very slippery when wet , bring slippers

Everything the location was wonderful. The property was very large, very spacious. 

If we are bringing 9 to 14 people to the condos, why wouldn’t there be more than one parking spot at the hotel? One car had to park 10 blocks away but luckily we did find free parking in front of the hotel. We would have liked a TV in the bedrooms but we did make it work with the one TV in the living room. 

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The size of the condo was GREAT! There were a lot of us and we didn't feel cramped, especially with having young children. The condo was clean upon arrival and there were cleaning tools for upkeep if needed. There were ample towels and toiletries. The beds were VERY comfortable! The location was super convenient and just a minute's walk from the boardwalk. The pool was kept up with and cleaned regularly. I will most definitely stay here again for any future travels.

If I had to make a suggestion (not a complaint) I would suggest adding full-size trashcans for the kitchen area and the possibility of another fridge. With the condo's sleeping 12-14 people one fridge is a little tough. Again, just a suggestion not a complaint.

Very roomy for large group. Kitchen was huge!!! We hade 6 adults and 10 kiddos in one condo was comfortable for us all

Had to bring your own necessities as in paper towels dish clothes no dish rags and only 1 car pass per room 60 dollars a day for any additional cars
