We loved the location of the hotel. Just walked over the boardwalk, and we were in the sand. We liked spending time at the indoor pool and hot tub . They stayed open until midnight, and that was a huge plus! The indoor pool area could have been a bit more clean. People had brought in food and drinks, and there were ants on the floor from spills. Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed right above the tiki bar, and it was a little noisy if we sat outside on our balcony in the evening. The noise didn't really bother us, but it might someone with very young kids. If you shut the sliding door and the blinds, you could completely forget that the bar is there ! We had an amazing relaxing stay, and we would stay again and recommend to others.

The location being right on the boardwalk. The amenities: 3 pools/hot tub, tiki bar, coastal salt, Starbucks. Nice to have so many options. The windows/patio door were sound proof when we closed them we could not hear anything from outside.

2 hand towels and part of bed flat sheet were stained. Would check linens more frequently and discard stained towels/sheets. The window curtains had lipstick on one side. Would check the white curtains when cleaning. The rest of the room was very clean. We also wished the outdoor pools were open until 9pm. There was one night that was very hot out and we wanted to use the outdoor pool. It would be nice if the outdoor pools were open until when the tiki bar is open until.

Room was spacious, bed was super comfortable. Location on the boardwalk was great. We had some good wings at Coastal Salt; however, I would not recommend the swordfish dinner they have. My husband did not like it at all. Kudos to the bartender, Alex. He was awesome.

The tables and chairs around the outside pool were not wiped down for the next day. Not having the tram running was a disappointment due to the accident involving a two year old child. Prayers to the family for their loss. Such a tragedy.

All staff/housekeeping we encountered was super friendly. The room was stocked well with towels & toiletries. It was very very clean. The beds and pillows were really comfy! The balcony had a great ocean view and being on the 5th floor we could view the bay side as well. The immediate boardwalk access is great!

The heat was cranked to like 90 when we got there; but thats not a huge deal. We just shut it off and opened all the windows. We also didn't realize in order to get to our room we would then have to exit the hotel after using the elevator and walk down an outdoor hallway. Which was only annoying on our one rainy day.

Great location, room had pretty much everything we needed for the week. Just had to go purchase oven mits, sharp knife, and a sponge to wash dishes. Highlight was when the screen was closes my husband bounced off it. Maybe spray paint a bright color Q on the screen so people can see it at night.

Indoor pool was cold, got maybe 15 minutes of swim time in. Maybe a small eating table, and meal pre.

The location on the boardwalk was great with a 1 year old. We could easily walk back if she needed a nap. Having 3 pools was great, whatever one we were in was never crowded. All the staff were super friendly. Room was comfortable and a great size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Able to watch the sunrise from our balcony.

The rooms were sub-par. Moldy shower ceiling, ripped lamp shades and carpet. Hard to open the balcony door because it kept getting caught on the ceiling that was hanging down. There was a random pipe coming out of the bathroom ceiling and draining into the tub. Only one elevator was working.

Directly on the Boardwalk; we had an oceanfront room. We stayed 3 nights. The room had a king bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom/w tub. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows; full refrigerator, small burner stove, table/w2 chairs, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker. Everything was clean. This is our 2nd time staying at this location. The staff is professional and friendly.

Elevator; however, they were repairing one the day we departed.

There was a housekeeper who was mainly in the lobby/pool/commons areas cleaning but she was FANTASTIC at her job it was spotless always and she was super helpful to all guests. Please recognize her! Younger black hair and i believe spoke spanish. She went out of the way to help my kids and i get a couple trash bags and into the elevator. Room was great and clean, facility looked kept up with

Everything! Quality Inn is our place to stay on our yearly girls beach trip! Rooms are spotlessly clean as are all areas of the hotel, staff are all friendly & helpful, all the pools are fantastic & we loved our outside patio this year. We usually do balcony rooms but patio room was very convenient to pools & the divine rum shack! Price is also amazingly affordable

Location and view was great! Right on the boardwalk .Our room was a tad bit outdated but it was still good and a decent size but if your not picky for the location and view its 100% worth it. 3 pools 2 outdoor 1 indoor. I would def stay again!

The Elevators... kinda slow and always full ... they only have 2... if they had 2 more it wouldn't be that bad... it didn't ruin the trip. But it was alittle annoying .... So if you stay here just give yourself alittle more time to get to where your going. Or You could always use the stairs. We did when we weren't carrying alot of stuff up.
