Every square feet of the property if full of thoughtful care of the guests. Everything works. Air conditioner is efficient and fairly new. Breakfast variety is exactly what my family needed. Staff is super-friendly and responds promptly. The lobby + 24*7 tea are great for late night chill-out while the kids are sleeping (yes, the room is small for a family of four, but what would you expect at this rate?)

Location requires careful planning of your sightseeing routes. Public boats are great solution but last boats just didn’t arrive which required spending more on taxi.

26/01/2024 - 29/01/2024 - Location: lovely location in the old town of Bangkok. You can take a cab for +\- 100 baht to the famous temples (15/20 min) Wat Arun, Wat Pho, Grand Palace,… you can also choose to walk than it would take you up to 40 min, 1 hour. - Wifi: good wifi! No problems downloading/uploading/watching videos. - Staff: very friendly and helpful staff, they really make you feel like you are royalty! Thumbs up for everyone! - Rooms: nice, clean room with double bed, private shower and toilet. There was a small desk so you can work or eat. A closet so you can hang some clothes. Hairdryer was also in the room. - Breakfast: toast, fresh juices, eggs/spring rolls/bacon/…, coffee, fresh fruits, it was basic but good enough! - Laundry: you can easily do your laundry for +\- 100 baht/5kg. There is also a dryer available. Big plus you geT FREE (cold) WATER! Overall we had a lovely stay in Bangkok Saran Poshtel and would recommend it to everyone!

Staff really helpful, good breakfast, beds were confortable, shared bathroom was good and clean.

Just the location is a bit hidden, but it was a close walk to Kaosan Road and main atractions of Bangkok.

The property was super clean and based on a quiet street. Staff were super friendly and breakfast had a great selection of foods including fresh fruit daily. There is also unlimited bottled water available for free from the lobby fridge. We used inexpensive laundry service as well. Comfy beds, great location, great stay.

Amazing value for money. Wonderful breakfast with lots of options to choose from! I had scrambled eggs, pumpkin and mushrooms (vegetarian) with coffee fresh juice fruits yoghurt toast - it was great. They have a free water fridge with bottled water and you can take unlimited amounts. My dream Staff were very attentive, with little maps to help you plan your day When I arrived it was dark and the hotel is on sort of a small alleyway, so I had no clue where I was. Needed to get food for my family so asked the staff where to go and they directed me to turn right and walk less than a minute. I expected to find a simple takeaway but instead found a gorgeous restaurant right under the bridge with so many boats passing all lit up. It was magical Comfortable beds and pillows, simple and cute accommodation and awesome location. Loved it

A great hotel with very friendly staff , particularly those who work the breakfast shift, who were all fantastic and the hotel should be proud.. We had a double room with aircon. It was very comfortable and met all our needs with a great shower. I have no hesitation to recommend and have booked it again for the last of our stay. The markets and plenty of restaurants are within a 10-20 minute gentle stroll. But being that bit further away means that the nights are blissfully quiet. Heads up Vegans several great vege/vegan places nearby an easy 8-10 mins walk away.

It would have been great to have a few more vege options that don't contain eggs on the breakfast menu. As well as a milk alternative, particularly if advised in advance.

It was quiet and I liked the area, lots of great little restaurants and felt very safe. Very clean property and lovely staff. Easy walk to Koh San Road and the ferry’s. The room size was perfect for just myself. I would stay again.

If I had to find anything to improve, paper towels in the shared bathroom. There is no where to dry your hands when you wash them. There was a really super rude family stay there that was slamming doors all night, letting their kids scream and yell at the top of their voices and run up and down the hallway, the adults would yell down the hallways at each other from their rooms and it kept everyone awake at 1am every night they stayed, maybe implement a quiet time like 10pm - 7am so people are more mindful since it’s not that soundproof.

The staff were very attentive, responsive and full of warmth. The Co Owner Mr Game is a gem of a person. He provided us with many travel information which was off the books and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean with all the basic amenities of a B&B setup. There is a riverview fine dining restaurant located at the back of the hotel. The location is close to khao san road and phra arthit pier (N13) and has two 7 eleven, massage parlours and many restaurants nearby. All in all everything was supercool !

You cant make one happy even if he is gifted immortality. In approx 700-800 Baht/day I am not sure if I can find any better

The cleanliness , location , and staff. My standard double room was very cosy and comfortable with shuttle decor. The owner is very nice and courteous and so are all the staff. I booked two tours through them. And he provided lots of recommendation to explore the city , BTS, MRT. The properties close proximity to phra Arhithit pier made it so easy to explore the main attraction the grand palace , wat po, wat Arun. It’s also easily walkable. About 10 mins walk to famous khaosan road. When I return to Bangkok , this will be my place to be ( if they had vacancy) . And not to mention that unlimited free bottled water. The breakfast while repetitive was quite substantial. A very good value for money.

The sound proofing

The personal was super nice and friendly. They were always willing to help. It feels like a family environment. Very nice, specially for solo travellers. The room is exactly as the pictures show. The building is new, clean and the nicest in the surroundings. They offer free water bottles during the stay! This detail makes the difference in a hot day after walking around. The location was also very convenient and I could walk to the main atrattactions.

The neighborhood is not the best looking (to be fair, this does not depend on the poshtel), but is was always safe even at night. The bed was comfortable, but for my personal taste it can be softer.
