The room was clean and cosy even for that price. Is situated almost in the city center.

The location is not good, it was scary to walk nearby, it’s dark and we saw rats

Amazing place! Nice, helpful and always smiling staff. The most comfortable rooms, where everything is well thought out, from furniture placement, amenities, electric plugs, lights, water kettle… For sure the best shower we have ever experienced (not just in Thailand). So good that we were looking forward to talking shower every day :) Location is great, quiet with a view to the river and close enough to Khao San, 10-15 min walking. Pier for boat is also just nearby. We cannot recommend this place enough. We’ll be coming back for sure.

Very friendly. Nice clean room. Small coffee machine with real coffee in the room. Clean swimming pool. It was very refreshing after a long, hot day.

We were unlucky to get a room 1101 on the first floor. With the balcony party going into the fence, partly into the smoking guys, sitting at the table right outside our window and looking in. That makes impossible to op en curtains.

I booked this place last minute and it was better than expected. Comfortable bed and pillows, clean and the room even had its own coffee machine with 2 x pods. I left my Apple AirPods behind by accident, I contacted the property and was able to come back and collect them. This speaks to the honesty and quality the of service of staff.

The shower was luke warm but wasn’t an issue with the humid weather.

Nice small hotel in a quiet location. Very close to the ferry boats for getting up and down the river and plenty taxis, tuk tuks, and buses a few minutes away. The neighborhood is safe and there a few shopping/food streets 5mins away. Hotel room has Aircon and was clean and nice size.

Not much really, for the price it's perfect.

Staff were amazing! Very friendly and polite. Cleaning was done every day and it was very thorough. We got clean sheets, towels and fresh water every day. Room was spacious, beds comfortable and big. Shower gel, shampoo and toothbrush provided. Location was amazing, just few minutes walk from the Grand Palace and surrounding temples. We had a view at the river and bridge which was breathtaking. All facilities were great including excellent AC, strong wi-fi and TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc...Breakfast was delicious, you could get eggs (prepared in various ways, depending on your choice) and variety of vegetables, fruits, fresh juices, coffee...Lobby was nice area with enormous tree in the middle which would cover you from the sun during the day but you would still be in the fresh air. In the end, they helped us print some documents and allowed to leave our baggage for as long as we wanted after check out before going to airport. Everything together, really great value for money, definitely coming back next time!

Everything was great

Massive tree growing in the middle of the hotel, full of birds and other wildlife. The hotel is built around the tree, which I find very, very considerate and respectful. Friendly, happy-go-lucky staff, very professional. Clean rooms, except of course the balcony, lol. We booked the same hotel for the way back, and will from now on always do when in Thailand. Good restaurants nearby.

The only minus side was that the huge tree obviously drops down all kinds of berries, twigs and stuff, and the otherwise nice balcony is pretty dirty soon after cleaning, but it's bearable considering the amazing tree-experience.

There was no washing machine, even though it states on booking.com that there is one, there is not. This was annoying as this was a big reason why I selected this hotel. This was not a massive problem as we used a laundrette which was 10mins walk away. Also, the shower had only cold water, which was refreshing in the hot weather, but again a bit frustrating that there was no warm water.

Couldn't have imagine a better place to start our trip in Thailand! The hotel is located is small, charming and peaceful street, but close to everything. Proximity with the boat Shuttle is great to discover the main places to see. The courtyard with a beautiful tree and small swimming pool is perfect for relaxing. The view over the roofs from the breakfast area is also nice. Definitly recommending!

The water in the shower was not so hot, but that's quite common in Thailand and didn't really bother us as the weather was quite hot.

Everything that you need in a hotel room: clean, basic hygienic tools, hairdryer. Location is just perfect - highly recommend it. Super close to the main night life location (there's good food to find and not highly overpriced). Staff is very kind and smiling, willing to help. We were allowed to leave our winter clothes there for 2 weeks in the storage which was convenient and comfortable for us. Sitting and common area was beautiful! Lights in the swimming pool were cherry on top.
