Breakfast was very good. The staff made sure everything was full at all times and clean. Staff at desk was very accommodating and friendly. Bed was comfortable and room was clean

The TV would not work. I watched static all night. The HVAC system in room the fan was making a very loud noise. I had to turn it off just to get some sleep which then made the room hot. I reported this all to the front desk but it seem the way they acted that I was just making complaints. She didn't write anything down of what I was saying. So not sure if it was turned into maintenance or not. She wasn't the best.

The facility in "undergoing renovation" and the first room we were given had its share of problems, mainly air conditioning that wasn't working while outdoor temps were 99 degrees, but the manager on duty attempted an in room fix and found us another room when the fix didn't work. The second room was fine. Staff here is highly responsive to guest needs. Breakfast could not have been better! We did not use the indoor pool. Both times that we stayed here out of town youth sports teams have also been guests, and they have been well behaved.

Air conditioning in first room could have worked.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient for restaurants.

I booked the room and selected "pay at the property" and was charged the day before we arrived. I was told this was a deposit when I called the property to ask about it. Additionally I was charged a $50.00 fee for "incidentals" which is refundable, in 7 to 10 days. There was no mention of this deposit on the website. Additionally we were short on the number of washcloths we needed. This was explained because of replacement of the water heaters for the property the previous day.

The best part of the stay was Ms Jam. She was great. A joy to talk to. She made us feel like we were at home!

The breakfast wasn’t the best. The pillows were awful. The a/c fan ran on low the entire time. There was a high a/c fan setting but it did not run high. There was no setting for the the fan to run automatically or continuously. I had to set the temperature on 65 for the fan to run. Once the fan stopped, it got hot in the room and the air became stale.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Quite. Nice staff. Has a fantastic breakfast. Fridge worked and the room stayed nice and cool.

The pool and hot tub was dirty and needed cleaning. Need to vent the pool area. The pool chemicals burnt my eyes and I didn’t get in the pool. Lots of bugs in the pool area. Hard water stains on tile in pool and hot tub.

The breakfast was the only thing that really could use improvement. It was not as fresh as it should have been. The cranberry juice was extremely watered down and the orange juice didn't seem very fresh. The egg seemed like it had been cooked quite a while prior to when we ate. Serving biscuits would have been much better with gravy.

I love how quickly I'm able to check in and everything about the stay is what's expected.

I always stay at the same hotel when I'm in Memphis and I always request an upper floor room but apparently no one knows what that means because I always end up on the first floor. I don't make a big deal because I'm only going to be there for a couple of hours. Another thing,I don't like,is how long it takes for the pre-authorized charge to be released back to my card. Other than that it's a great stay.

Clean , front desk staff nice and efficient. Good parking available.

Sink area low lighting was unacceptable. If you choose to have minimal lighting you need a nice lighted make up mirror for my wife. Also the adjacent closet area was so dark you couldn’t pick out your clothes from suitcase. This area was the poorest lit area that I’ve ever seen in a hotel room.

The Staff is awesome especially the gentleman that works late nights with the twisted curly hair and tall. He has such a greeting and smiles ALL the time, perky. I wish I knew his name. But everyone should take greeting lessons from him if there was such a thing.

Everything about this place was great. We were passing through Memphis with a sick 18m old. Fever was high so we took her to emergency room. I have three other kids so I got the room for them a place to sleep. Staff was very understanding since I didn't check in till around 3 in the morning, they gave us a couple hrs past check out time to get some rest. We liked it so much we stayed two more nights.
