It was close to a main road. Where we took our dog out was a long enough area. We had a noisy refrigerator in our first room that they called someone to fix, and also said we could switch rooms. Which we did in the end. The woman at the desk when we first arrived put us in a room on the third floor because the first floor had a lot of little kids in it and things got real noisy at times. We are an older couple with a puppy who likes to bark at kids.

The tub in the first room were in was peeling where we would stand. The floor was not cleaned very well.

I did like how clean it was. Its a very nice hotel and i would recommend it to others. The staff was pretty friendly as well. Also u can find everything easy as well as in vending and things like that.

I didnt like that the pool was not opened. That waa one thing i was looking forward to. Im going to be traveling there again and im not picking that hotel for that reason.

Queen was exceptional. Her demeanor made me feel like family. The property was very well kept and breakfast was tasty 😋 house keeping was also exceptional. The bed was so comfy and the bathroom was extremely clean The area is very upscale and plenty of restaurants and venues to visit. I will make this my home whenever I'm in Memphis 😊 Keep up the good work

There was nothing that l didn't like. Not been to an establishment of this status in a while. Thumbs up to you all at this hotel.

The breakfast was just continental, due to covid, but we ate out every morning anyway, so it did not bother us. The morning we left, the camp called to tell us our son had a 102 fever. We left in a hurry and grabbed prepackaged muffins on our way out They were actually really good.

The shower head sprayed water out of the top, so we had to hang a rag on it. We told them though. I did notice that there was a lot of humidity in the hotel, probably from the pool. It just made paper and stuff damp, but wasn't a big deal. There was no mold anywhere, so I didn't worry about it.

The value for what you get is great. We got the jacuzzi suite and the size of the room is great for the price. I liked having a living room section as well as a room section. The staff were very nice and attentive, and the location is convenient.

The room was not the cleanest. The floors had a sticky feel to them, and would leave feet/socks dirty. The jets in the jacuzzi tub had not been cleaned properly, because when I started the tub some funky stuff came out - I half way expected this so I ran the tub before hand. The breakfast was also poor with limited items. The limitations are due to COVID, but all they had were DIY waffles and watered down OJ.

Location is good. Close to restaurants and the Agricenter Showplace. Room was clean except hardwood floors were dirty. Needed mopping. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. Waffle maker and hot food still wasn’t available. Had plenty of hot water and pressure was good.

Rooms are small. I felt the price was a bit high.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating! They provide a well stocked breakfast as well.
