One of the best hotels we stayed out in Spain - truly luxurious! Exceptional service from the moment we arrived and our host Daniel helped us with parking, with checking in, and making sure all was set. The space is very high-end with well appointed finishes, lighting, and furniture. The room was very large and spacious, had good lighting controls, black-out curtains, a very large bedroom, and a large clean bathroom. We really liked the two twin beds placed next to each other. Air conditioning was much appreciated. Breakfast was in a beautiful setting and delicious. We were well treated at each step of our stay, and would recommend this hotel to all our friends!

Good location Close to the historic center and attractions such as Santa Catalina Hill and restaurants. Staff OK Large room and beds with mattresses that were neither too hard nor too soft, and a good shower. I read other reviews: 1) They complain about the breakfast The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of cold cheeses, including local products, breads and fresh yogurt. Everything was very clean, even with tongs on the plates to pick up the products. In other words, the breakfast was great. 2) Noise The street below the window is pedestrianized and noisy. But the window offers soundproofing. There was noise from people talking on the street below, and all you had to do was close the window and the noise would disappear.

The only complaint is that there was no refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is tastefully decorated and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was great. Everything was immaculate clean. Our suite was spacious and with a great corner view.

No tea or coffee facilities and no fridge/ minibar, seem strange for a hotel of this calibre. We can't figure out why they don't have it? Also, no smart TV's in 2024 leaves them lagging behind everybody else. We had 2 large size TV's in our suite, but nothing to watch on them.

The front desk, bar, and breakfast staff were all professional and personable. I expected a good room and experience but had a great experience.

Would have liked the to have capability to specify original English language version with Spanish subtitles. Also, no BBC or CNN channels and room needed better lighting.

Stayed here for 14 days for a music festival in town. Everything about the hotel was very nice. Nice staff, clean room, good cleaning service, great location, nice bar ground level, new room new bathroom, and with AC. I requested two single beds instead of a queen because I’m sharing with a friend. They did fulfill my request. No complain. 10/10.

Comfortable and handy for the old town and harbour. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice big bed.

My wife pointed out that it had been designed by a man for men. The decor in the hall was modern but very dark and the lighting in the bathroom not good for a women applying makeup. (Apparently and according to my wife - who am I to disagree?)

Slamming doors from the corridor heard from the bedroom. Breakfast schedule finishes way too early for someone on holidays (only available until 10h30). No parking at the hotel -which is ok- but no agreements neither special pricing with proximity parkings.

Comfortable and modern hotel in central Gijón. Room was spacious with a wonderful bathroom. The room had excellent blackout curtains, I slept really well. Breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of options

Only one place for one piece of luggage , next piece needs to go to the floor since the sofa chair is too small . A bench would be a great addition since the table is also mini .Missing USB connections .
