Good location for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable bed.

Had stayed at Marriotts previously and was pleased. This hotel needs a little maintenance. The furniture has been around awhile and looks it. The kitchen also needed attention. For example, if you open the dishwasher and don't support the door, it falls away from the kitchen cabinet because it is not attached to anything.

The fire alarm had a major problem in my room and I had to move to another room because they could not repair it. However the staff was awesome during my entire stay.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and the whole place was very clean. King size bed was comfortable. Pool and fitness room were clean and worked out well.

Sofa bed, not so much but we made it work for 2 nights. Probably time to replace it. Slept best unfolded.

I did nlt understand breakfast they go be hide a door closed ot and then bring u a bag with dry biscuit sausages biscuit i just cooked my self in the room since it was a kitchen in the room

I didnt like the africa America 🇺🇸 morning 🌄 shift ladies they were not professional as explaining when my deposit be back on my bank card she said she was the morning manager that i didnt like how she was talking to me about my refund i book with yall it was 178 but when you get there its 203 usa dllars that they try to take twice so no u was very upset with that..

The staff was outstanding especially Alexa at the front desk. She checked me in and out. Very nice and friendly! Also the room, I loved the room!

There really wasn't anything that I didn't like about my stay. Everything was perfect.

Comfortable bed. Lobby had hot coffee all evening and a nice roaring fire going on a cold night. The staff was very friendly.

Our room reaked of something cooking. I guess another room had something but it smelled so strong our room was filled with it. I was pretty disappointed in breakfast. It was just a to go bag of either a sausage or chicken biscuit. We stayed the last two days at much more affordable hotels and had a hot breakfast avaliable. We were also charged a $75 fee for our pets.

Excellent staff and very clean rooms and hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

expensive and pet fees additional 275 per night very high for the price no 24 hour coffee bar disappointed

we were greeted immediately by a staff member who was welcoming and happy to help!! the place was VERY CLEAN and beds were comfortable.
