The young lady who checked us in was friendly and courteous. She made sure we had no questions and even gave us a "Welcome Bag" with peanuts and bottles of water. The breakfast was exceptional! The gentleman who was preparing and keeping everything fully stocked seemed to never stop moving. There were cheese omelets, sausage links, biscuits, waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, fruit juice and coffee... and more! And the items we chose were fresh and delicious! I swear I think we would choose this location for the breakfast alone!

The coffee maker in our room made one cup of coffee and then refused to work again. However, there was plenty of coffee available in the lobby and at breakfast. Minor irritation.

The room was huge and had everything we needed. The hotel staff were different. When we checked in, the lady was extremely active and helpful and solve some of the initial problems we had with the room, while helping all the other guests checking in at the same time! In comparison, the lady on the morning shift the following days and at check out was not as helpful or polite. The fitness room and indoor pool were very nice. The breakfast was adequate, and it was best to come early to avoid the time when the room gets full and loud. The location is great for visiting the Palo Duro Canyon.

No place to hang the hand towel for drying hands in the bathroom.

Loved the staff. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The facilities were extremely clean. The location was great, very easy to get to the canyon and downtown has the most lovely ice cream shop/hair salon -yes you read that right!

The breakfast was delicious for all except for our child with allergies. Here are some ideas for the future: Gluten free bread for toast Gluten free frozen waffles on request Gluten free waffle mix (I've seen the waffle company does have a gluten free mix) Bacon for meat instead of just sausage (which often has Gluten) Hashbrowns that are Gluten free or potatoes made with oil instead of butter Gluten free cereal options Soymilk/Rice Milk Applesauce Again, the breakfast was great for our family... except for our child with lots of allergies....sometimes just the suggestions can be helpful for the future. You all probably did not realize how limiting foods can be for some guests. Thanks for reading!

This hotel was very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and the shower worked well. We had a great evening meal at the steak house next door. We were well rested and ready to visit Palo Duro Canyon State Park the next day.

We requested extra pillows when booking the room online, but I don't think we got them. No problem, though, as we brought some with us.

The room was pretty and view was nice The coffee maker in room was great plus coffee in the lobby was convenient. The bed was comfortable, loved having extra pillows

The room was not what I expected: I reserved handicapped room. The door keys from previous person were left on tv cabinet It didn't appear to have been cleaned. A pair of shoes were left on the floor, seemed not to have been cleaned well. It had an ugly patch job in the bathtub.

The location and the room sizes are great. There were 6 of us dropping my daughter off to college. The 2 queen suite was very spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out and sleep. Perfect location for visiting the college. Almost next door. Good Food options in the area. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and nice options.

My only complaint is the beds are a tad uncomfortable, they are soft but , the mattress sort of rolled into the middle of the bed.

The breakfast was adequate and comparable.

The bathroom was lacking shelving and racks for storing things that are reachable by the user at every station. A vertical safety bar should be located between the shower and the light switch. More storage space could be added in available locations.

The room size was good. The handicap shower was good for our son. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was above average.

It was a little pricy for the location and during off season. Also, side entrance door to building would not lock. Anyone off street could walk right in.

The breakfast here was very good and met my expectations as did the overall facility. It is very close to Palo Duro canyon which was beneficial to me. Staff seemed to be efficient.

I really had no issues at this hotel and everything was up to my expectations.

the check in person the night that we arrived was WONDERFUL...VERY helpful and informative. room was clean and comfortable.

parking wasn't real good. no place to park towing a U-Haul (small) trailer. Had to park in the restaurant parking lot, not real convenient.
