The day staff were amazing and very caring while also being talkative and informative of information about things to do.

That when I went to schedule and then pay for my stay; found out that residents of amarillo have to put down a hundred dollar deposit while paying for their room even thought there was nothing on booking.com stating that and if I would have known then I would not have booked a few more nights at this location.

The location was very important to our trip. I liked how close to the hospital it was as well as the botanical gardens, even the park, also had restaurants near by even one next door which shares entrance from street. Room was very quiet even though we were close to office and near the stairway. Pool was located towards back of property so it was quiet, also pet friendly. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The clerk upon afternoon check-in, Delip, was very helpful at all aspects during our trip, answered all questions, helped with issues that occurred, was very patient with all the questions we had, even in the transfer to their other hotel midstay as the block went without water due to a water main break, even assisted with the refund as trip was shorten due to this issue. Even on followup call, he was very polite and attentive. We will visit there on a future trip.

The coffee was always fresh no matter the time of day. Staff was always smiling and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

The AC didn't cool the room nearly enough. The lighting was a little dim. The lamp by the desk didn't work. Had to really search to find a plug to be able to charge our phones.

Comfortable bed, convenient location to restaurants. Management listened to my negative comments 6 weeks ago about much to much dog poop in all the grass areas and made a major improvement to that situation. Good job management. Some people still refuse to pick up after their dogs which is very disrespectful of other guests pets and the staff that has to clean up after them. All in all, a much better situation.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff lady at the breakfast was very pleasant and helpful. She stayed very busy keeping the serving area stocked and clean. I didn't get her name but she should be commended for going above and beyond the usual call to duty.

stayed there two weeks earlier and left a couple items. called them the next day and they said yes the had them in lost and found. upon returning they had the items in lost an found.

we got what we asked for, nice room, utilities worked, clean.

the breakfast was not complete like most other La Quinta locations we’ve been to.
