The "happy hour" and such was great. The breakfast was very good. The room was very quiet despite being near a busy road. Having two rooms with a door between is a big plus. Everything worked as well as expected.

I asked for a quiet room, and wound up just across from the elevators. That is OK except that they have a loud DING everytime they open and close. Yikes! But, I managed to sleep as it wasn't too busy after 10 and I rise early. Just annoying. And easily avoidable but the person checking us in didn't know where the rooms actually were! Hmm.

The staff was so friendly in every interaction! They went above and beyond whenever they could. Breakfast was great - I can't think of another place with a custom omelette station!

Elevator wait could be long since one was out of service the three nights I was there, but that could happen anywhere. No one's fault. "Do not disturb" sign was missing and housekeeping really wanted to know if I wanted more towels each morning. But for someone else that'd be a positive!

The breakfast was amazing! Our family looked forward to it every morning. Best omelettes and potatoes! The room was spacious and clean.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in our room so it was hard to sleep with having hot flashes at night. I had to the front desk and they said they would have maintenance look at it the next day and have me a fan. The fan helped some but maintenance didn’t come.

I love the size of these standard rooms for the cost. I have stayed here multiple times, and it's comfortable. It's like a small one-bedroom apartment. They are also one of the only pet-friendly hotels in Louisville. Most hotels either do not allow pets or have a weight limit. This place is terrific for me and my cattle dogs. Only place we stay.

Nothing. They have everything you need. Room service is not an option but they have an excellent bar/restaurant on the first floor or have food delivered to your room. It's great.

Everything! The staff was so nice. Loved the fact that there were restaurants close by that we could grab some Christmas Eve dinner at. We didn’t get to try out the breakfast but I’ve heard from family that it was great! The pool area is very nice and the water isn’t freezing which was a plus.

Only wish there were at least 4 shower towels in the room instead of 2.

I loved the free breakfast. There were a variety of things as well as made to order omelettes. They have a managers reception every evening where you get free drinks from the bar as long as you show your room key. It was a lovely hotel especially for the price

The pull out sofa was raggedy and very dirty. Stains on it and very hard to pull out. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The water got hot but it came out terribly. Minor issues with the toilet but they came and fixed it right away

Breakfast was excellent with a ton of choices. I loved the variety. The remodeled rooms are beautiful and modern. We also took advantage of the lounging areas. I utilized the exercise room. Quality of all the equipment was great.

Construction didn’t really bother us other than water being shut-off Sunday at 10am. One of the elevators wasn’t working which put it down to one running elevator.

Very clean and Updated Embassy Suites. My wife and I stayed in an Embassy Suites in Nashville.... Horrible! Outdated! Carpet from when I was born in 76. Breakfast in Louisville was ON POINT... ROOM ON POINT! WE will definitely stay at Louisville Embassy Suites in the future! Thank you for making our stay comfortable!😊

That the water pressure was not that great in the shower and the buffet was depleted by 9:30 and no one was replenishing the food prior to you requesting and most of the time nothing was available to replace missing items.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly, and helpful! We enjoyed the couple of free drinks at the bar each evening after stressful days at the hospital, and we also were very happy for the food to purchase for dinner and the free breakfast. They also are very accommodating to children. As it was not really a pleasure trip, we still had a great stay. Would stay again, hopefully for a vacation next time. Our room wasn't fancy and could have used an update but it was comfortable and roomy enough. Also room and neighbor were very quiet which we enjoyed.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. As stated earlier, the furniture (sofa and chair) and carpet could have used an update.
