I booked this hotel for a convention that took place on the premises. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was free parking. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. My room was cleaned everyday. Very reasonable price.

The room did not have a microwave despite being advertised as having one. Instead, the microwave was outside the room on a fold-out table in an empty vending machine area. I also had mixed feelings about the value of the breakfast buffet, which cost $10 and had the same food that other Holiday Inns offer for free. At the convention, the hotel had a strict policy against outside food in common areas despite the concession stand having a limited selection and not always being open.

There was two males when I checked in on august 30 late night(didn't get their names)they were outstanding, friendly and courteous..they worked the whole weekend on the evening and late night shifts. Outstanding customer service ! As well as when I checked out there was a women this morning in am Sept 2 she was very friendly and had awesome customer service as well! All around great experience, wonderful comfy hotel! Will visit again!

We had a whole bunch of pickup trucks with trailers and not only were there plenty of places to park without imposing on other guest automobile parking, but the staff was very accommodating and understanding.

Can't really think of any improvements that need to be made as the overall stay was excellent.

It was slightly more affordable than staying downtown, where I actually needed to stay.

There was some loud music playing, from an event going on at the hotel, until 11pm or midnight the first night we were there. We could hear it from our room.

This property is one of the biggest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The front desk staff was awesome and it’s close to an IHOP, a gas station and a Starbucks.

The toilet in our room kept running (staff was notified so they could address it after we left as it didn’t impact our stay) and the bathtub stopper didn’t work very well

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great, definitely worth the $10 charge. We would stay here if we come through Louisville again

Breakfast was very good and well worth the $7. This was just a notch below a luxury hotel but at a bargain price. Spacious room with large bed. Beautiful and spacious lobby. Adequate fitness center and nice-sized pool. Conveniently located just off I-64.

Wifi wasn't working morning of our checkout. Entrance and exit are well off the street, don't have a traffic light and are not very convenient.

the breakfast wasn't free. You were given a voucher for one person and everyone esle had to pay for breakfast. This was not what was advertised on the website
