Everything was wonderful during our stay! We arrived quite late, but the self check-in instructions were very clear. The staff was always available on WhatsApp and iPhone Messenger, which was a great help. We easily found the key and the breakfast menu. As a family, we were pleasantly surprised to find that an additional bed was already prepared for us. The breakfast was delightful and delivered right to our room! The location is fantastic, just 10 minutes to any spot in the old town. We truly enjoyed our short stay and will definitely return again!

Very narrow street for the taxi to stop… but that’s minor thing.

It is a good and well-kept apartment hotel, accommodating our needs and showing flexibility when needed. We checked in and out in the middle of the night, and the hotel staff provided detailed instructions / packed lunch allowing us to perform everything in a self-service fashion. The apartment was spacious, consisting of a kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Lots of lights and storage. The breakfast eggs were enjoyable, other than that you'll get some local pastry, vegetables, and sweets - a very decent selection.

There were no towels upon our check-in, but it was quickly fixed by the staff the next morning. Besides, there was an issue with funds being blocked on my card even though I paid directly at the counter, but the staff did everything in their power to resolve this as well - reached out to the bank and provided me with receipt copies.

Fantastic Place! Fantastic staff! Great Location to walk to Belgrade Castle (Park and Fort Area) which is a 14 minute walk away. Breakfast was FANTASTIC to have in the morning which was filling. Front desk was also AMAZING since they called a taxi to drive us to the Belgrade Train station to take a train to Novi Sad. Taxi cost around 700 ($7 USD) on the meter. And the train to Novi Sad (Left at 10 a.m. and took about 40 minutes, a high speed train and that was about 1200 ($12 USD) for two people. If looking for a good place to eat once you leave the front door of the hotel turn right...go down two blocks....turn left....go down three blocks...on the left side you will run into LOKI FAST FOOD SINCE 1989. For 480 get the GOURMENT BURGER and get Mayo, Ketchup, Yogurt, Onion and Salad on it! SO TASTY! If looking for a supermarket, MAXI is a right out the front door....the first left.....and down about three blocks on the right side. Hotel was nice, comfortable and the Serbian females working the front desk were AWESOME! No regrets about staying here....breakfast was a BIG PLUS!

Nothing. Hotel was VERY NICE and can't complain about anything at all! WONDERFUL PLACE and GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY! From the airport I couldn't pay cash for the 72 bus that would bring me into downtown Belgrade but the A1 BUS (kind of a tight mini van with 16 seats in it) did take me for 400 ($4) cash from the airport to downtown but it was a good 25 minute walk to the hotel.

Perfect location! The hotel is located in s street full of cute and nice bars. We were a bit scared that it will be loud in the room (since we went to bed early cause we had a flight to catch ar 05:00) but the room was soundproof. Also because we were staying on the ground floor, next to the reception. And since we had to wake up early, we couldn’t attend the breakfast. But they gave us a breakfast to go with drink, fruit, cookies and a sandwich. The staff was very friendly. And the room was clean and nice.

Nothing to complain.

The hotel situared just few minutes walks from the center, a leafy area with cool cafes and eateries. Our family suite was absolutely nice, clean and complete with microwave, stove, glasses, etc… just lovely, feels like home, so comfy… It also hekps that it’s a small boutique hotel so there werent too many guests and the noise level is minimal even when surrounded by cafes. Ivanna, one of the staff member was so lovely and helped us a lot. The other staffs we encountered were lovely too.

It's a small and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was enough, staff was very kind, Rooms was very good with a very big balcony. Our apartmanet was shinny, clean and fully equiped for comportable stay. There ise a coffee under the hotel named milky seems very famous with pancakes, lots of people coming for, we enjoy the little crowded noises, was not disturb even with the baby. Pancakes are delicious we really liked it Location was very good. There is a slope while walking from knez mihailova, with the stroller we were okey. Lots of restaurants and coffee are nearby.

There are two steps in front of the hotel, visitors with stroller might consider this.

Great place in the center of Belgrade! Only 5 minutes from every important spot of the city., very easy to find, easy to walk and easy to park. Felt safe. The staff is great, especially the girl that checked us in, is very kind and helpful! They also saved our reservation for a day later, because we had a delay in our trip. Rooms are very big and comfortable. We loved Belgrade and this hotel played an important part. We will definitely come back!

Because it's around some very nice restaurants and bars, you hear some noise at night but it's logical. The breakfast was not something special, just ok. Room cleaning can be a little bit better.

The room was really comfortable. The beds were nice, included the sofa-bed. The design was pretty nice. The location was satisfying , if you like walking , so as to explore the city , this hotel can be ideal. The breakfast was tasty.

There wasn’t a variety of options for breakfast, almost all the dishes included eggs. The breakfast wasn’t buffet type . The parking lot- garage didn’t look really safe , as there weren’t many security measures

By far the best service in a hotel I’ve ever received. The girl at front desk welcomed us with a smile and was so kind and friendly. The daily cleaning was way beyond our expectations, they even washed our dishes. The breakfast is atypical and delicious. Rooms were well equipped and nice and cozy, exactly as the photos. Each apartment is on its own floor so there were no noise issues and the location could not be better.

Great location in the city centre, close to the walking areas and the castle. The hotel hosts very nice and liveable bar downstairs. The apartment has been located upstairs and to the other side to the bar, so there were no noise disturbance when we wanted so sleep. Very nice layout. Big thanks for car parking place reserved.

Smoking is allowed in the canteen - big problem for my kids. I'd like to have more seasonal fruits and vegetables for breakfast.
