it’s beautiful location and I can say it’s the beating heart hotel of Belgrade Centre

the only thing I didn’t like about the property is that I couldn’t find anything to be disliked

1) location is perfect: the very center, everything is nearby 2) staff is so nice and helpful 3) room is clean 4) breakfasts are very good 5) warm and pretty comfortable place 6) very cozy lobby

1) no view 2) sauna and steam bath on demand only (need to ask reception every time + 20 min waiting) 3) water only on arrival - 2 small bottles and no refill, also no water in the fitness room 4) we stayed for a week and the refill of small bottles of shampoos and shower gels was only once 5) no changing rooms in the fitness and sauna, only common men and women place with lockers

wonderful design, in a modern take on the "salon style," of Gertrude Stein, right down to the choice of impressionist prints. Lobby/Breakfast area is very airy/open with a GREAT selection for the breakfast buffet. OUTSTANDING Gym and very nice spa, with a large sauna, steam room, and capacious showers—FREE of charge!!! Robes and slippers provided in the room. We had a junior suite, which was also very well thought out...the TV swivels so that you can watch from the bed or the sofa. And the reverse side has a mirror. ;) Close to restaurants, bars, cafes, bookstores, boutiques, and the symphony hall. The staff were outstanding. I will stay nowhere else for future visits to Belgrade.

the room heat can not be adjusted, so you have to open a window to cool off, but that means you get street noise. It was not a BIG problem, just a minor annoyance.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The breakfast was truly delicious, and there was a good variety. The pork sausage served at breakfast was incredibly tasty. The croissants were also very good. From what we observed, the sausages at breakfast alternate between pork and chicken each day, and the pork sausage was outstanding. Overall, the breakfast was delicious and enjoyable. The hotel was quiet, and the rooms were sufficient and pleasant. The reception and front desk were very good and professional.

Nothing, everything good

The hotel is very well located. Even though it's on a pedestrian street, its just a minute walk away from the main road. Staff were kind, courteous and helpful throughout. The rooms were neat and clean, housekeeping was good. Even the kettle was spick and span which is a rare occurrence in Europe. Breakfast was great too with ample choices, great taste and vegan options. Once you step out you're a few minutes walk away from the attractions. There are multiple dining options nearby as well as convenience stores and cafes.

Perfect central location, delicious breakfast with a very good variety of choices (breakfast room also has a very nice interior, there are even options to seat outside). The room totally met my expectations, nice design, quiet, all the amenities are in place, great for a short-term stay. I especially appreciated the air conditioning that is placed the way the airflow is evenly distributed across the room, so I could sleep with A/C on, not being afraid of waking up with a cold.

During my first day of stay some electricity issue happened, and for a short period of time light went off in the gym, and soon after there was no hot water in the shower (maybe the issues were connected), but in a few hours everything was back to normal, so hopefully this was just a one-off case. Also the shower has a little bit weird sliding door, it cannot be fully closed, leaving a narrow gap between it and the wall, but this is not a malfunction, it's how it was designed, still you have to be careful, so that the room outside the shower doesn't get covered with water.

Optimal location, friendly attentive staff, it is very quiet indeed (our windows faced the inner yard), and almost no smoke smell (maybe just a little bit in the hallways). The breakfast was great: lots of variety, fun healthy options, local produce.

I think it is a but overpriced, like it wants to appear more luxurious than it is. Example: in the shower you have shower gel and shampoo containers from Rituals, while it's obviously cheaper products in them. The sauna facilities were closed during our stay which wasn't clearly stated at the time of booking and even a couple days prior to the trip (the info was updated one day before the trip).

A gem in the heart of Belgrade. This was a real find, a small and very attractive hotel that could not be better located in the city centre. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. We had a very nice, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of hot and cold options. We ate in the restaurant one evening and that was also very good. Loved all the art work in the lobby / restaurant too. It's a 'boutique' hotel in all but name.

Nothing, it was better than we were expecting and just a lovely place for a two night stay in a city we had never visited before.

The location of the hotel was very central. It is very close to the tourist attractions in Belgrade and the city centre. There were many shops around to satisfy our needs. The interior of the hotel and the rooms were very elegant. The staff was helpful and polite. They helped me to book a taxi back to the airport. They also protected my luggage in the luggage room so that I could enjoy my holiday on the last day. I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and smiling faces.

My only negative assessment may be about the air conditioning in the room. It could heat up faster. However, this did not create a big problem for us.

This is my first straight 10 rating, but, really, there was nothing to not love. The location is amazing, the hotel itself was tasteful, intimate and extremely discreet with fabulous art work peppered all over the ground floor. The staff was impeccably polite and helpful, the breakfast was better than most chain hotels and the one meal we had here was comparable to any good restaurant. The room was again way better than chain hotels and while I have been in better room, they were not in this price range. Absolutely confirmed for future visits to Belgrade
