Room was very clean and tidy. Due to my original room which I booked being unavailable due to something broken in the room I was offered an upgrade (yay!) yet I was not thrilled with this as I wanted a spa room. Upon expressing this to the lovely ladies at the reception desk they we happy to change my accommodation to one such room and offered the upgrade to another client. There is easy access to the underground parking and supermarket close by. The main street is only one block away so the location is fantastic.

Well, on the Saturday night I could hear music from the bar slightly up the street across the road which I was not aware would happen yet think this only happened as my room was the closest one to it (it was faint but audible though) as well that the car park had a ramp which had a bit of a sharp stop after the ramp, so after dinging my car doing that the first time I was very careful the next few times!

The staff were fantastic, and the restaurant next door was just brilliant! We spent 2 days and nights wining and dining and although we tried one other coffee shop, everything we needed was right at our door! There was also a supermarket a 2 minute walk away, easy access underground parking and was the perfect getaway.

Extra towels would have been handy. The only thing I could pick on is when housekeeping came and straightened our room, they took my coffee cup and didn't put a fresh one out, didn't replenish the milk or teas and coffees, only left one fresh towel, took the bath mat and replaced it with a hand towel.

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good and the restaurant next door was convenient and the prices were not too bad. would recommend staying there.

Shower is a poor design so when you use it the bathroom floor gets soaked and the tiles are slippery. TV would not work on our second and that was due to there service provider who was not available at the weekend. The staff tried to rectify it but could not so they gave us a bottle of wine.

Bed was very comfortable, bath room well designed and very safe flooring, non slip. Room a reasonable size for a king size bed. Receptionist very good and helpful.

Remote air conditioner control didn’t work. Net Curtain was not properly fixed at one end and hung down. Bar prices unreasonably high, food good but not greatest. Over priced. Rectangular plate was twisted so that it rocked when you tried to cut. Toilet had a wast basket immediately below hot air hand dryer, paper towels we’re blow around the room.

Very neat and clean rooms and bed was very comfortable with good selection of pillows to choose from. Great coffee in downstairs restaurant. Walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. Excellent access to underground free car parking a bonus.

Perhaps could have a larger selection of wine glasses in room. Hard to drink Prosecco from a red wine glass. Sparkling wine glasses as well as the red wine glasses would have been more classy.

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Organized a connecting room for our family and extra bed, blankets. The bath products smell lovely.

It was a little cold when we stayed and reverse cycle air conditioner warmed up the room but was a bit noisy. Extra blankets in the cupboard in the room were not clean (a cheerio fell out of one who we unwrapped it).

Clean and smelt lovely.

The fact that the bar was stated as being open until late but on a Saturday evening we walked in at 10pm after returning from a wedding and they told us they were closed and all the chairs were up on tables so they had obviously been closed for a good half hour or more. Very disappointing when we just wanted a quick drink before bed - we had factored it into our plans before we left to go to the wedding

The best thing about my stay, which made it so memorable for me was the staff, especially the lady at the reception. She was so kind and helpful, and made me feel welcome. So clean, so tidy

It is pricey, but I guess it comes with the quality but the mini bar should be free with that price

Good location and price

Needs more thorough cleaning, especially vacuuming, finding other people's large pubic hairs is quite off-putting. Coffee machine was ok but almost all the pods were decaf which we didn't want, so there's no point booking for the machine. Offered upgrade via email, but the same upgrade was available for cheaper in person, they didn't give the upgrade anyway, even though it was initially accepted.

I liked that the Hotel was generally not busy and quiet, the room was a fair size and the bath was good. The lady on check-in was very engaging. Parking and getting luggage in/out was so easy.

Restaurant area had loud music playing, the view was very dull... from midday Saturday pretty much everything closes, I'm not used to that :-)
