The room had a nice layout with modern furniture - simple and functional and great lighting with fluoros everywhere I need bright lights to read by. Lots of hot water, sufficient towels, and some complimentary toiletries good presented facilities for tea and coffee sufficient for two people the both the owner and staff were very helpful the motel has really fast free wifi Broadband. Would have liked to have an electric blanket on the bed gets very cold at night in Morwell. The Motel offers a breakfast pack for $7 for those leaving early I thought that was a nice touch.

Oh dear the heating was terrible the air conditioner is COOLING ONLY there is a dated Arlec hot air heater on the wall but in my view, it's in the wrong place it did heat the room after a long time the hot air needs to be directed OUT into the room NOT down to the table/bench fixed along the wall for suitcases etc - a toilet brush is needed in the bathroom

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The gardens were lovely too, with many flowering cacti outside the rooms.

We noticed renovations were taking place in an upstairs room, so perhaps they re updating the facilities. We had very noisy plumbing/taps in our room.

Staff weee very nice and helpful, the room was clean and had everything I needed for my time there. The price was very reasonable location was close to pubs for dinner also

Great location, easily accessed, ground floor rooms, clean, comfortable and walking distance to restaurants,clubs etc.

Satelite tv would be good, boring tv channels for those who just need to chill. Parking can be a bit hard when motel is busy.

I loved the fact the floors are not carpeted and there's electric blankets that was great aswell. I woke up an hour late my alarm didnt go off however I phoned front desk and the lady was so great about it. When I handed keys into office I also apologised again and as on phone they were great. I will definately stay again was awesome value for money and I can't praise it enough.

The only suggestion I would make is possibly adding some lamps as the lights are extreamly bright.

I like the Google TV I been watching travel videos and car racing videos as well on Friday I went to the Grover club at the Morwell RSL on Saturday I went to rose garden festival I had a fantastic weekend stay in Morwell and I hope to stay again at some point.

Didn't partake in breakfast - which would've been an additional cost. Beds very comfortable, good room facilities - microwave, cutlery, kitchenette, heating, cooling, bathroom. Reasonable price, great location.

Cool-white fluorescent lighting that made room feel very cold, lack of information booklet that especially meant no wi-fi password, and information desk unattended at 7:40 (or so) when it was stated as staffed until 8:00 pm.

That they looked after me when the initial booking at Moe fell through even though I had booked it and paid . I am waiting now for booking.com to refund my money plus $50 as per phone conversation with booking.com.

The room was basic but very clean. Location is very central. Bed was very comfortable but the pillows were very hard. Linen was very clean and fresh.

The noise from the road was very loud. Didn't stop til around 2am but began again around 6.30am. It was a Friday night. Obviously the motel operator can't do much about that.

Basic but nice, clean and tidy. Friendly & helpful staff who gave us a call promptly to let us know our daughter had left a fav doll on site when we had checked out. Chinese Restaurant next door.
