the room was very nice. never understood why the TV is up almost on the ceiling. The bathroom was very clean. The rooms were very quiet.

The only issue I had was when I was taking my shower and shampooing my hair the water cut off and I couldn't rinse my hair for about 3 minutes and it did this twice during the same shower. Everything else was great.

I checked in at 11 pm and the night attendant was very friendly and helpful. Checked out early in the morning and the guy behind the desk was also very courteous. The room was clean, everything worked, the bed was comfortable and the water was nice and hot. It was quiet and the view out my window was pleasant. This hotel is obviously not brand spanking new, but if you're looking for an affordable place to relax and get a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed, this is it.

The deadbolt on the door wouldn't latch (room 422), but the swing bar door guard was fine. The elevator was temporarily out of service -- actually it could be used going up, but not coming down. This was no problem for me, as the stairway was wide, clean, and well lit.

The staff was very professional and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I also like how the hotel is close to the interstate, restaurants and stores. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was great. I also was able to use the washer and dryer which were in good working order.

I didn't like the size of the room. It was so small that I had to go outside to change my mind. The continental breakfast was almost non-existent. The bagels were the size of a half dollar.

The property was secured and clean. I like that I can bring my family and know the rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s in a convenient location also and not far from carowinds.

I can’t say what I didn’t like because even the breakfast was pretty good, wish they had sausages and waffles.

This is the second or third time I've stayed at this hotel within the past year. I like how it is very close to the interstate and also shopping and restaurants. The staff was nice and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

About the only thing I didn't like was the continental breakfast. There was a very limited selection and the bagels were about the size of half dollars. Can I at least get some fruit and maybe some waffles?!

Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet, without excessive traffic noise. Price was OK, and considerably lower than others we found in the area. Location was very convenient to the interstate. Everything was very clean, and there were plenty of towels in our room.

Security was rather excessive, and honestly left us worried for our safety a bit with the locked doors and demands for exact numbers on our car license plate (which we haven't been required to give in many years elsewhere!). We wondered if the area around the hotel was very bad and unsafe? (But everything was fine in the morning.) Pillows were lumpy (which was ok for us since we brought our own). Breakfast was meager, which again was ok with us since we left early to get back on the road. We just wanted a good place to sleep!

We have stayed here numerous times. We didn’t have breakfast, although they had a nice variety. Coffee was great. Staff always nice. Rooms clean, easy off and on interstate. Beds comfortable. Will always stay here, when passing through.

Excellent value. Check-in was fast. Staff friendly. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. TV w full cable package, solid internet, Refrigerator, microwave, iron, hairdryer, coffee machine. Breakfast was basic, but met my needs. Fresh fruit, hardboiled eggs, fresh coffee. They have a coffee machine, that brews each cup. Location is right off the highway, close to gas, restaurants, shopping.

Location is not in the best area of Rock Hill.

The staff was personable and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very close to restaurants and shopping and a short drive to Carowinds and Charlotte, NC.

I didn't like that there was no pool. The breakfast didn't have much of a variety.

Location was great. Staff good. Nice rooms.

The TV didn't have a guide. So I had to flip through the channels to find something to watch. That was annoying. The second room I stayed in the main light didn't work.
