I have come to this hotel for conferences many times. However, last night was the first night when my daugher and I spend a night over. I can not say enough about comfortability of beds ( mattresses, pillows) and the cleanliness of the room and bed linens. All was good! Great and convenient location, surrounded by restaurants, boutiques and other small businesses! A minute away from HWY.

The shower…water went everywhere. Was not advised that he room would not be clean unless I requested it. However the staff was very nice and explained. Housekeeping was gone for the day and I was able to get more towels.

Considering the limitations caused by the pandemic, the experience met or exceeded my expectations in most areas. The location is exceptional. The choice of restaurants in easy walking distance is a bonus.

Early morning coffee. Since there is a Starbucks, there was no complimentary coffee available. That meant waiting until Starbucks opened, drinking what's provided in the room or finding fresh coffee off site. Fortunately, there is a QT in short driving distance open 24 hours.

The property was super clean and the staff was friendly! The latest action is the best with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I'd highly recommend the Chop House- delious meal!

I understand that with Covid our rooms were not attended to but we asked the lady cleaning rooms in our hall for clean towels and she told us she didn't have enough towels for us and to call the front desk. Great service would have been to get us the towels.

Everything was good for our short visit. The pool was nice and clean small but good for the children to splash around in. Plenty of towels and supplies. It was overall a nice stay.

The room was clean and modern. Bathroom a bit small. Location was very good.

There is no complimentary coffee in the lobby. I know there is coffee in the room but every hotel I’ve stayed at had complimentary coffee and continental breakfast. I felt the price on your breakfast menus was too expensive.

It was new very clean and modern and located in a great shopping dining area.

We had cold water only on two days and no water on one. They wouldn’t provide housekeeping until we mandated they do it. They said it was COVID but SC has been open for months. They said it was the city affecting water pressure but it wasn’t someone drained all he hot water from the building and they couldn’t figure out how to repressurize the building. Hey should have been honest from the start.

Location was excellent for the LPL office visit. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The room was great and so was the location it was easy to get to every thing being off the interstate and being so close to where our friends live since we are from out of town…

Our only complaint was the pillows, they were to small and way to soft. Plus defiantly needed more of them in the room …
