I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed by this hotel. We went to Ibiza on a budget so our expectations were very low. However the food was better than we expected, drinks were all inclusive all day, the pools were very big and it wasn't too busy. We never had trouble finding a sunbed and the staff were lovely. There is a water boat 5 minutes walk from the hotel which is great for a sunset ride across to san antonio.

A few of the older staff were very moody. However majority of the staff were lovely. Location is about 45 minutes walk from san antonio, but I enjoyed the walk.

The hotel was a great value for money, it is well located and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good, not exceptional, but good enough with a lot of options.

I had to request a room change because the first room was smelling really bad, and the staff quickly accommodated our request. The next room was noisy, and I had to visit the reception three times at 2 am, but the staff promptly took action to address the noise. The swimming pool closed at 6 pm, which was early considering we would spend the day at the beach and wanted to use the hotel facilities a bit more.

The location suited us perfectly, it’s close to the water taxi to San Antonio. The pool areas were clean and plenty of sunbeds, the breakfast had a brilliant selection and was good quality, lots of choices to cater for everyone. The bar was fully stocked with premium spirits which is brilliant for a budget hotel, really reasonable prices too. Overall the facilities are excellent for a budget hotel and this makes it really good value for money, I would stay here again.

We had to change rooms 3 times as the first ones we were offered were really dirty, particularly the bathrooms. The reception were great and allocated a new room each time until we got a clean one - not ideal but obviously an issue with housekeeping and it was dealt with efficiently. The rooms are basic but functional, which is exactly what I expected for a budget hotel and you get what you pay for but at least they had air con.

It's right next to the beach with almost every room having a view. The breakfast hall and the food options were splendid. There is a bus stop right outside and the cafes, pubs & restaurants are also quite good. The hotel arranges for an event in the evenings which could be a magic show or a musical quiz, etc. by the poolside where you can also get a cocktail and a quick bite to eat. The place isn't too expensive for a touristy location. Wifi was also good.

The room as well as the bathtub were quite small.

Overall our stay was brilliant. The only complaint we have is that staff did not explain things like restaurant location , there drinks token system , snack hut location etc. and this made our first day a little stressful. And overall the room pictures in my opinion did not accurately reflect our room.

The room was spacious, quiet, and perfect for three people, including my parents who thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the hotel.

The hotel did not have any contingency plan. On our last day, the electricity went out, so there were no working lifts to bring the luggage downstairs, and there was no air con.

I had to stay in Ibiza longer than expected as I caught covid-19 and was ill. The staff were brilliant and brought breakfast to my room everyday, making sure to ask what I wanted. They also made sure to keep all staff members safe too, which was a huge improvement on the hotel I had previously checked out from who didn't seem to care. Rooms were comfy, nice balcony, plenty of space. The hotel facilities and pool looked great too although I didn't get to use them!

Bathrooms seem to be back-to-back with another room, joined through an airing cupboard with a boiler inside. This would usually be fine but I was worried about covid-safety and getting the people next door sick.

All the staff was absolutely wonderful they were very polite and very helpful with all the things we asked, specially the reception girls and the entertainer Marc with the long hair dreads was absolutely wonderful and even helped us with places we could see which was a great tip for our trip!

the entertainment staff were out of this world.to be honest all staff were. very friendly and place was very clean

only issue was the bar closing at 11pm. could off kept open atleast until 12am for paying customers.

A fantastic family orientated location , great entertainment for families such as aqua aerobics, dancing in the pool, ping pong, kids games, bingo, karaoke, magician and live music. Really friendly and lovely staff, who are great with kids. The breakfast and half bored options is vert good value for money. Good choice of food at breakfast. Acros the road from a little beach with family water sports and if you walk 5-10 min round to the other side there is a bay that has a giant water slide costing 1 euro 50 or 4 euros for 6 goes. San Antonio is a short taxi boat away costing 4 euros.
