Location and quiet.

Bathroom need special attention to details when clean. Everything else was fine.

This was such an awsome experience. The hotel is super clean, and organization between staff members is a plus! The breakfast station is nice and has variety, the lady in charge of breakfast set up and break down, I think her name is Catina is wonderful. The beds are comfortable and and rooms are spacious. The pool itself and the surroundin areas was very clean. All chairs inside and outside were operable which is rare at some hotels. The only thing I can say is that the gym is small but this hotel location to short pump mall, hotel amenities and service is so great it doesn't even matter. We would definitely return for a stay in the future.

I liked everything, no issues.

The breakfast was great, all the usual things but not skimpy like some hotel breakfast affairs can be. The attendant was so kind and thorough! My kids loved the games you could check out to play. Great touch. Cracker Barrel being right next door was awesome!

We had to ask for enough towels (got 3 for a family of 5) and blankets for the top part of the couch bed but those were no big deal.

The staff were very friendly, the Smoking section was clean & has seating. Towels were offered in the pool area & the breakfast was good.

The hotel can’t really do anything about other occupants closing their doors loudly at night. But some people were a little loud when I was trying to get my kids to bed. But I would stay here again!

The breakfast was delicious! Great variety! The room was clean and large with a wonderful bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The toilet was not working correctly and although, maintenance did come to fix it, it was never fixed to satisfaction.

The breakfast was good except for the eggs. The selection was excellent but the hot food was basically the same thing both days. Thankfully it was something my kid would eat.

We had to change rooms because our bathroom light wasn’t working. We checked in mid afternoon so we could come back and take showers after my sons game, we stopped at the front desk on the way to the game to let them know the light was out but when we got back (4 hours later) they hadn’t even looked at it. We had to wait for someone to come fix it then after 20 minutes found out it could not be fixed, we had to change rooms so only one person got a shower before dinner( the staff tried to make it right but it was disappointing) also the hallways, breakfast sitting area and lobbies were uncomfortably hot.

Everything. The location is right near the interstate. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptionally good for a hotel with meat and vegetarian options. The staff was friendly.

I have no complaints.

I was a little disappointed to learn bacon was not served here on the weekends , One of my main reasons for selecting SpringHill Suites. Most of the others have sausage but I chose you because you normally have options

Eggs were good, cereal and fruit. Room size was good. Large sofa w trundle. Helpful staff on tv when prior guest pulled cables for gaming

No diet drinks at front store.
