An excellent little hotel right in the heart of Maastricht. Within walking distance of everything. Room was small but perfect for a couple of nights. Beautiful old breakfast room and lots of choice to enjoy.

Cant think of anything really. Maybe some scramble eggs for breakfast. Also a toaster would be a great addition. Generally though it is a great place and will transport you back to a time when we used to get better service.

The hotel is a minute or so away from the Vrijthof square (famous for the Andre Reiu concerts) and where there are many restaurants to chose from. Close too to the vast shopping centre. There is a lovely garden patio at the back where breakfast can be taken on good days

It might have been nice to have a drink later in the day but the salon and dining area is closed in the evening. Breakfast was ok but pricy if all you can face in the morning is a coffee and a toast!

The boutique style and courtyard

There was an issue with checking in after check in hours. I was delayed and in transit. And since I’m from Canada. I do not turn my phone on while in Europe. So the hotel was trying to call me but I don’t have my phone available. They could have also sent me an email to let me know about the after hour check in. Got to the hotel and we stopped a local on the street to call some number on the door buzzer.

The location was amazing. The hotel is located in the center of the city and less that a 2 min walk from an underground parking garage. We made our reservation at the last min and the hotel staff welcomed us and insured a speedy and pleasant check-in. We left early in the morning so we did not eat breakfast at the hotel but the spread looked amazing. My wife and I will definitely stay here again next time we are in Maastricht.

We had to walk up a steep set of stairs (inside the room) to access the shower/toilet; this was particularly difficult in the middle of the night. We were exceptionally cold while staying the room despite adjusting the thermostat in the room. The next morning one of the hotel staff explained to me that the heat is turned off after 11:00 PM every night.

The location of the hotel was perfect for walking around Maastricht. We arrived after ten days of travel. What a pleasure to stay in this local hotel. From arrival to departure the staff could not have have been more helpful. What joy to sleep in a comfortable bed. The morning breakfast in the lovely dining room—cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, croissants (wonderful), cereals, etc. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting quietly in the am looking over the beautiful garden. The common rooms and our specific room was immaculate. Hot water for showers and everything we needed. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Overall, the hotel had a warm and comfortable vibe. Welcoming!

Only one suggestion. Instead of charging for breakfast—increase the room rate and make it inclusive.

Very charming boutique hotel. This was my second stay in Botticelli and I hope to come back soon. The hotel is furnished with character and has a lovely courtyard. Great location. Very close to Vrijthof Square; nice restaurants; historical sights and to the shopping area. My room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.

super friendly and helpful staff. the garden is to die for and the location can’t be beat. Just perfect.

we filtered through booking using the accessibility option, as my mother is limited in her ability to climb stairs. unfortunately, even though we booked with this feature checked on, the room itself was on the second floor. I don’t want to fault the property, as they seemed unaware that this was possible through the platform. Just seemed like some wires got crossed there

The most delightful buildings- joined by a courtyard planted with Mediterranean bushes, flowers and trees. Beautifully restored, wide staircases ( not too steep),modern bathrooms, luxurious appointments. Location is fantastic, just around the corner from the Grosse Fritjhof.

No parking anywhere near.

The personnel were welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to do their best. We were lucky enough to have nice weather and could enjoy the lovely garden.

The building is a historic building and thus, do not expect elevators. We had a junior suite and it would have been nice to have nicer bathroom amenities since it was mentioned in the description.

The location is central Maastrik just behind the central square of Andre Rieu concerts. Authentic historical with charming patronage. Decor is filled with antiques and pleasant surroundings.

Could stay longer and the safe didn't work very well.
