This place is really excellent value for the money. It’s locationis splendid and the staff are really helpful as well as friendly. They go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious, mattress, as well as pillows are very comfortable. Linen is fresh towels are clean and the bathrooms are well kept. Breakfast at the hotel is sumptuous and the restaurant is known for good food. There are a number of restaurants close by as well as groceries and other facilities. Parking is easy and access to the main road and into town is very easy as well. The airport is about 30 minutes away and easily accessible. The rooms have a good view and the coffee is always available. The staff in this hotel are an asset to the property and really made our stay very comfortable. In addition they were very helpful in planning trips into the national Parks

Loved staying at the Wyoming Inn!! This place is beautiful. We had a King room w/a fireplace, desk area, sitting area and even a bar area. It was exceptionally clean which I really loved. The bed was so comfortable and that headboard was awesome too. Everything was very tastefully appointed. The 2 sink bathroom was so nice for my husband and I to both have a sink to use. And of course, the huge shower was amazing. I really enjoyed the lighting in the bathroom floor that comes on by motion detector. Also, we enjoyed the hot tub area as well. It was a gorgeous space! Lastly, they were able to get a box fan for us to utilize while there. I wish we had gotten to stay there longer.

The price is the only negative thing I can say about it. But, this was a special vacation for us so we did what we had to do.

The staff was wonderful and attentive. We liked the soothing colors and the spaciousness. The shower stall was nice and large. The beds were comfortable and the maids service absolutely excellent I love that. They had bikes for us to check out and ride. I took advantage of this. The restaurant had very good food. I wish there had been a bit more variety, but it was really good.

There’s not enough lighting in the rooms. A little bit of a strain on the eyes because it was just a bit too dark.

I thought the price was a bit much for the quality of the hotel. I didn’t like the fact that the shuttle did not take one to the airport or two other local places. I also thought that the front desk personnel should’ve been a little bit more informative upon check-in. For example, I didn’t know that there was an E bike rental right across the street from the hotel. I was walking around town and it started getting hot, I saw a bike rental and got a bike several blocks from the hotel. Had I know that there was a bike rental across the street, I would’ve been able to bike a lot longer before returning the bike.

Very quaint and unique hotel situated in a perfect location between downtown Jackson Hole and Mountain resort. Rooms are very large, comfortable, and quiet with a nice fireplace. Bathroom and walk-in shower were very spacious and modern. Lobby was very welcoming with complimentary tea/coffee and snacks. All in all, felt like home away from home, but with that hotel experience. Also loved the hot tub!

Extending the hours of the hot tube, perhaps till 11 or midnight would have been nice. Also a smart TV that has movie access for those cold/snowy nights would have made it perfect. Otherwise, no other negatives.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Coffee & water always available & conveniently located in the lobby.

No rooms that could comfortably accommodate a family of 4 adults needing three beds/pullouts. Had to book two rooms - that did not connect - which was quite expensive. No real bar… what they do have is very small & tucked inside the restaurant. Had to ask a server - who was very kind & accommodating - for a drink and then enjoy it in the lobby.

The cleaning of our room was exceptional!! The ambiance of the room was very nice. We loved the floor lighting in the bathroom. The shower was a nice size. The touch lamps were helpful and a nice touch. Also we loved the fresh baked cookies and coffee was good and hot!! The restaurant has some very delicious food!

The tv could have had things like Netflix etc. More choices for movies etc.,, The bed could use a topper to make it feel more plush. A spa with massages, etc would be nice as an amenity in the hotel. More lighting in the actual room would be helpful; especially around the closet. Front lit mirrors in the bathroom would be nice to see a little better.

Everything at the hotel was nicely done and very clean with a historical Wyoming decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Mangleson photos around the hotel were a beautiful addition. The cookies and coffee/ tea station was very nice.

There were only two downsides. There was not enough lighting in the room, and the breakfast though very good, took a long time. I was the only person in the restaurant for awhile, but It still took more than 35 minutes from when I arrived to when breakfast was served.

There are 2 parts of this property that make it worthwhile to stay here. The Lobby and balcony areas are gorgeous and super photogenic. And the hotel did a nice job of making the spa room warm and inviting.

The fact that the restaurant has very limited hours of operation and thus very limited hours of room service. I expected room service would be available normal hours (6am-9 or 10pm). That was disappointing and it was a surprise.

Beautiful hotel with well appointed rooms, so cozy with a strong western theme throughout. A blazing fire in the lobby along with hot drinks and cookies welcome you in from your journey. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. We also ate in the on-site Whistling Grizzly and had a once in a lifetime bison tomahawk. Very close to shopping and a skip away from the entrance to the national park road. Don’t hesitate to book this gem.
