The rooms were spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable!

The one lane road to get to the property was a bit precarious when two cars needed to pass each other. It wouldn’t have been an issue, but there is a ditch on either side of the road so you can just easily pull to the side. The locals seemed to be disturbed by the tourists. Also the plant based options for vegan for breakfast weren’t the best. Just fruit, white bread, and sugary granola. If they could add heartier, seedier bread, a savory plant based spread, veggies, and muesli, that would be sufficient.

Great location ten minutes by ca from a train station that takes you to venice in 25 minutes. Very comfortable, spacious amenities and friendly staff in a charming rural setting! Nice restaurant, solid breakfast and swimming pool area as well.

Since it's in a rural area, some you can expect some "rural" charm :) There were some flies and a bit of a fertilizer smell outside, which of course is not at all their fault. Overall very satisfied with our stay and a great option if visiting venice!

We had a fabulous time here. The room was spacious, gorgeous, very modern, immaculate and beautifully designed. They certainly have everything well planned to make your stay outstanding. The location was perfect for getting into Venice. Their staff, every one of them was completely helpful and pleasant. They went out of their way to help. The restaurant was simply amazing, every dish fabulous. I highly recommend this lovely accommodation!

A nice modern b&b off the beaten track in the coutryside with a fair bit of charm .Staff was just exceptional and helped us navigate the area etc .We loved the pool area and the room design .Everything was spotless clean with daily house keeping .Breakfest was a good but a little dull but all the essentials were there so cant complain.All in all a perfect base for exploring the beutiful region.

We only found one minus which caused us and the kids some lost sleeptime.The resteurant hosts events and those it seems can quiet loud with boom boom boom music which really annoyed us:) They finally stoped at 12 so theortically early but if you have small kids or you are a early bird i would avoid on weekends cuz i think this is when it gets loud.I would also add a playground and maybe extend the grounds a bit.

Lovely helpful people, easy EV charging and a killer location at this price point. The staff was also more than happy to help me figure out my late check-in, which I appreciated a lot. This was a fantastic point to visit Venice from, you just drive to the nearby train station and have an easy, cheap, often-running train right into Venice. Besides that, the breakfast was nice, it was super quiet, and the restaurant is a great option for dinner.

I got assigned an accessible room, which wasn't necessary. No major issues, but as a tall person the lowered sink was a little strange to use.

The exact location to visit Venezia for one day and to rest in nice and cozy hotel with pool. Gentile staff, very good breakfast, comfortable room. The train station that connects this place to Venezia is close and has big free parking lot.

Maybe it would be appropriate if the rooms have more sources of light. It was noo dark in the room at the evening.

Didn't realize the restaurant was closed on Mondays (I think Sunday too) so we had to drive around looking for a place to eat. Just be sure to check before you go.

Absolute cleaniness and attitude of one of the receptionists - she told us EVERYTHING we might need to know and helped us in any possible way.

There was another receptionist, brutto, cattivo umore, maybe tired, maybe unhappy with something, but there’s no reason of being rude towards customers.

The room was ('Superior Double Room') indeed superior to others we stayed in (11 adresses in 16 days), but due to isolated location forced to eat in their fine dining restaurant.

The breakfast was a bit sparse, but when we were done I think I heard someone ask for eggs, which we were not offered. It was also rather warm right under the roof, even at 09:00.

I booked this place to propose to my partner. From the very initial booking, the receptionists have been very helpful, helping me arrange a romantic room filled with rose petals and a bottle of champagne on ice ready on arrival. The atmosphere was beautiful, service was excellent, food was delicious, amazing location, romantic and discreet. We felt the real Venezian Vibe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool area was so lovely to lounge around during the mini heatwave with Aperol Spritz on tap! Highly Recommend and I want to personally thank all the staff especially the manager/owner for looking after me and my fiancé during our stay. Baby showers/weddings/proposals/birthday dinners, even the set up for events they do is BEAUTIFUL!! I will forever boast about this place to all my family and friends. I will be back soon!
